It works nicely on gaming sites - I used my card a few times on PokerStars and in one of the local Casinos.

Hi,

I am having problems to use the "Show my card info" to view my VCC number and it stays loading forever. Tried to clear cache and all the same.

Hope it gets solved Smiley

WebMoney was just removed because they banned us, most likely, for doing business with Bitcoin. We are officially on their no exchange list as of now. It says that in the news inside every account. And on the WebMoney site, too.

As for Skrill, we will need to look into it. Hope it's possible. I wish we could add everything in the world, but something things just don't work the way you want them to.

On 09 June I have received My Plastic AdvCash Prepaid MasterCard.

Immediately I had activated card in the system (entered and confirmed the 16-digit card number)
and requested and received immediate at my email One Time Password to view PIN.

Than I Funding My Plastic Card with a total of $ 78 and the system is immediately registered aforementioned transaction - that is to say that I have on the card available $ 78

But my credit card is still unusable for purchase and cash withdrawals at ATM.

 I sent so far several support ticket ((ID 70079) (ID 70487) (ID 70886) and support reacted quickly
and said that trying to determine what the problem is - but my plastic card is still unusable

I Please You too also that  check what the problem is Thanks !

Looks like some of the recently issued cards have a bug that prevents some transactions from going through. This is something our card vendor and their higher level processing partner are dealing with right now. We can only wait for them to do it as it is not related to our system at all. Hopefully it will be done soon, we are expecting the issue to go away in 24 hours.

I'm not sure what you mean by admin here, to tell you the truth Smiley Advanced Cash has never been a single man operation. We have a pretty regular structure with CEOs, management, technicians, support engineers etc.

We just posted a news update saying we got word from the processing companies and they claim this issue has been fixed.

I sent a support ticket with number [ID 70670] asking when will send another card to my address that sent me correct, I had already reported that the card not arrived at my country had more than 80 days with now and support me sent rectify my address, already rectified the address with the ticket number [ ID 70670] I sent, but today I had to and not answer whether or not to send another card. It has more than 10 days that sent the ticket number [ ID 70670]  and until now not answered me!

Another question I have:

We have responded in your ticket saying as soon as we get an update from our card vendor, we will let you know. It has not happened so far.

No, you can't at the moment. You can easily see yourself this transaction is currently not available inside your account. We are waiting for our processing partner to complete maintenance and we will re-enable this feature.

At this moment I can't transfer funds from wallet to my card:

"The transaction is not available"

This is so annoying...  Angry and during the day there was a maintenance (database issue?) and nobody was warned about it.

Unfortunately Advcash still can't be considered a reliable service.
