Would anyone be able to sign up for a new VCC without going through KYC procedure? i'm unable to find any working VCC at this moment, hope you guys make it available as soon as possible.

Not sure. Cards without KYC are going away, nobody really aims to provide non-KYC card services anymore.

how do you know ? i never heard about non kyc card service before adv with similar infrastructure .

doesn't mean the fact adv stop it, no one going to try this again.Cool

entropay provide it until 4000 usd , you can create plenty of vcc's and top with a card.

I didn't actually say we are going to stop providing any particular services. Point was, card providers are limiting non-KYC offers all across this industry, it's a global process. You gotta be careful out there, otherwise you will be forced to shut things down like Wave Crest.

So can we use advcash or it's over for good ?

Why would it be over and why wouldn't you use it? It's up and running exact same way as before. Minus the cards for now, of course, but that is being fixed.

"Minus the cards" . So whats the point having a bank account without the card to withdraw his money ?

It's not a bank account. If there's no point for you, don't use it, nobody's forcing you Smiley It doesn't mean advcash is 'over for good'. Card providers come and go, it's absolutely normal. One is gone, the next is on the way.

It's like a bank account. You know that a lot of your users, have it to convert btc to cash. So without card, how can we do it ?
"The next is on the way" ; But who, when ? Give some real infos

You can withdraw anytime. I don't think the admin have any control over the card issuer. They will issue new cards when they want and they don't have to tell when.

Please read my super lengthy response earlier. We will not tell who or when or anything else until the situation allows for it. This is a serious affair and there's serious amounts of work that we have done already and still have to do, so I'm sorry if we can't engage in premature forum chitchat, but that's how it is. When the information is ready to be released to the public, believe me, it will be.

I sent request to deposit $180 worth of BTC in my account, received the timed invoice, sent the money to the address, clicked "I have paid" but this time I receive an error that says the transaction was yet to be aknowledged by their system. I wait another 3 minutes, hit the button, same error.
Timer eventually runs out and the invoice expires without my transaction being aknowledged.

I contact support, I illustrate the problem to the guy who appears to play dumb and says the money will be funded to my wallet if I wait 6 confirmations, and no matter how many times I try to shove it through his skull, he doesn't want to understand that the transaction wasn't even aknowledged in the first place. I think my money is gone forever.

I will update this post if I get the problem solved, but in the meanwhile, you may want to refrain from depositing funds

UPDATE 1: 1 hour after this post, the support guy has contacted me by saying that my request has been forwarded to technical department. He seems to have finally understood something doesn't add up.

UPDATE 2: Sent ticket number to AdvancedCash user on this forum.

UPDATE 3: Funds have been credited!

I'm not sure the situation is worth the drama and the insults Smiley Seems to be just an isolated technicality. Hundreds of people do the same thing every hour every day without any issues and nobody's money is ever 'gone forever', that has literally never happened before. I'm sure this can be resolved quickly. Let's take a look at your ticket number as long as you didn't post any information to identify yourself: andrew@advcash.com

Sorry for the terms I used, but it feels very frustrating when, on the other end of the conversation, there is someone who understands things differently despite having explained your problem to him in all details, to no avail.
So, please, put yourself in my shoes Wink
So, what shall I do? Send the ticket number to that email address?

I received a message from the support guy, he said he has forwarded my request to technical department, so he may have understood there has indeed been an issue in the deposit process, which is what I have tried several times to make him aware of!
Shall I still send you the ticket number, anyway? Maybe you can speed things up? Wink

Ok I have sent it Smiley

No need to worry, we contacted the Bitcoin processing gateway, everything should be settled in a short while. The support operators will try to be clearer next time.

Ok thanks, it wasn't a problem in the clarity of your operator, it was simply that he insisted I should wait for 6 confirmations for funds to show, when that only works when the transaction has been detected by the ADVcash gateway, which, as stated several times, was not my case!

That's the same question as before, and the answer is the same as well. At this point, we can't tell you and we will only tell you when we can. Definitely not days or weeks.
