@AdvancedCash
I got declined for VCC ordering (because they say my bill is not original Huh) although my bill got accepted in first place when i verified my account,
This is so stupid....
Can You do something ?

Account verification and card applications are handled by different companies, us and the card vendor. Usually we cannot make them accept documents. But let's have a look at your case, send me your account email.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

It's not 2 years since they are coming soon Smiley Even though I understand why you would say that from the emotional standpoint. It's almost 2 years since our previous card program in USD was closed down, which is not the same thing. We only announced a new USD program is coming after partnering with a provider in the 2nd half of last year. Since then, we have been solving various pre-launch issues. As long as the cards are not live yet, obviously it means not 100% of the issues have been taken care of. We hope it will happen soon and are doing everything we can to facilitate it. We do have physical testing cards on our hands already.

Hopefully, it will happen soon. Been looking for something like this since a year ago but it's a dealbreaker that the card is not available in my country yet. Other alternatives are not that many and reliable.

Indeed.
Back in 2017 I had a Advcash card (Mastercard), as I live overseas I need to withdraw a lot in different currency, and back in 2017 it would cost me around 50 EUR fee in total for withdrawing 2000 EUR (equivalent in my country's currency). Now in 2019 with the new card, it cost me about double price.

The best solution indeed is to withdraw to Coinbase and use Paypal, they don't care, a friend of mine withdrew 20k with Paypal from Coinbase, no question asked.

Another solution if you live overseas like me, open an account with Epayments, use their crypto exchange service (dsx.uk you need to open an account there too), then transfer for free from dsx to Epayments wallet, then from Epayments use your personal IBAN to send funds to a Transferwise account (cost only 0.50 EUR for a bank transfer).
From Transferwise you can withdraw at much lower fee than Advcash, you can also top up with a credit card at much lower cost (the other day I had to top up 400 EUR and it cost me 0.47 EUR fee).

Why is it double? The card fees are roughly the same, and they are what we could get anyway. It's not like we decidedly made them worse. Everything else in the system is more or less the same too, with some fees lower than before.

Care to show specific numbers that show why exactly it is double?

why advcash is too slow ? their last announcement was in November for international card program, that still beta and customers have to wait a little bit more smh.....three months is not a little period .

in meantime , if it's just technical reasons,  they have just learned already from launching the european card program not long time ago , so why it takes forever to achieve similar goals?   Grin

I guess that they have to find a company that issues the cards for the other regions, a company which will be OK to work with Bitcoin cards and it doesn't have too big fees.
Most probably this is not so easy to achieve, else we'd have hundreds of flavors of international Bitcoin cards.

Why do you think? Smiley What exactly you think is slow on our side? Do you think it takes a lot of time to implement a functional API and post a news update that cards are live? It doesn't. We could do it in like 2 days.

The only reason it takes time is because there are issues that the card provider needs to take care of before we start offering the product to our customers. There is a million things from delivery to the manual that comes with the card, the fees, the limits, the API features, receiving first cards and testing them, fixing problems that came up, you name it.

We are not slow, this is how things work with external card providers. If it was up to us only it would have been done in a week.

when advcash announced they are working on international program ? little less than 2 years , if you don't think that slow for prepaid card program then what is.... matter of fact  the program can stop at any time ,no liability  why customers would pursuit the whole platform with ever changing fees and terms that effect customers weekly to bi-weekly without seeing outcome of previous  announcements extending for undetermined  time of arrival  .

I can tell you what's slow, all other similar providers who have not even announced anything yet. Find me a platform that was using WaveCrest and has new cards for the entire world up and running now, I dare you.

On that note, find me a platform with a card program that is liable for unexpected closure of cards by a third party provider. Let me remind you that we are paying for free replacement cards for our users out of our own pocket. New providers are not giving us free cards, and the old one did not refund anything. So we're covering that ourselves.

We do not change any terms. Fees sometimes change everywhere including crypto exchanges, this is how this business works. Things change and fees reflect that.

We did not  announce anything specific 2 years ago. That's when the previous card program was shut down. Of course we announced we would be looking for a replacement ASAP. That does not mean anything started happening on that very day.

Not sure what your problem is, if you can get other cards that were implemented in what you think is fast, go get them, why argue at all?

We never made any specific promises, you do not have a contract with us saying we owe you cards by this date, and you did not pay anything for the new card program. It's ready when it's ready. Not sure why this needs explanation, it's actually kind of obvious.

It is your dream. Today situation with VISA and Mastercard will not allow such "company" exist at all.
I think so.

hey you are little arrogant now because i point fingers, but i will tell that advcash has been warming the customers in the very beginnings , and those first date known to public that adv start work on card program i can recheck again these posts i know i can find points to quote you.... it's obvious advacsh was not happy to lose customers because they would not stay two years without card ,even " wait little bit time "  tweets from official adv account , isn't  really little time , but seduction .

i'm not sure about wirex , but i guess they have program now . changing fees sometimes weekly isnt common thing , also looks amateur .

What's wrong with saying we want to add new cards instead of the old ones that are gone? This is the truth, we always want to add new products for our users, especially such important products like cards. What's wrong with keeping our users informed about our plans? No idea why you would waste time going over posts from 2 years ago and nitpicking things trying to come up with some reason to complain yet again.

Jesus, you people are always so willing to find fault with us. Had we never posted anything about us working on new cards, you would complain we are silent for some bad reasons and that we should say something, or we are closing down, about to scam everyone etc. There's always something to hate on whatever we do.

We lost customers anyway, and the point of these posts was not to 'hold' them. That's impossible. They come and leave as they please. Anyone can withdraw funds at any time and close their account, or deposit funds and start using the system again. There are no financial obligations or liabilities resulting from this wait, and nobody pre-paid for the card either. Please stop trying to make this look as if we were preventing anyone from leaving if they wanted to, or putting any financial constraints on anyone. None of these things are true.

You don't have to keep any funds in the system to be eligible for a replacement card if you had one before. You can withdraw all funds and deposit them back on the day the cards go live, entirely up to you. It's not about that at all.

Besides, people used the platform even without cards, some saying it's not that big of a deal. Either way, the truth is that we are always looking to add new products and cards. That's it.

All we ever did was informing users about our plans so that they know we want to replace the cards that they lost (for free, mind you) and to be transparent in this unpleasant situation with the unexpected closure of the previous card program. I don't see anything wrong with that.

If anything looks amateur, I guess there is no reason to use the platform and post in this thread then. Fees will be changing less and less often in the future. It is just a sign of growth.

Is there a problem? Normally there is no need to go on a forum with this, our support chat operators are online 24/7 and all verification submissions are checked within an hour or so. The biggest factor here are the documents user submits and their specific case, not our reviewing. The issuing provider also reviews documents and normally there are no problems there either.

@AdvancedCash
Do you plan to keep the minimum deposit and withdrawl amount for BTC at the current 0.004 BTC? I would love to see this a little lower. Maybe half of the amount.
