Though I was not a citizen of USA, I feel Hilary Clinton is trust worthy than Trump. Trump as a billionaire have made himself high, Hilary Clinton have helped more get life due to various social issues she headed. Possibly if she have not did anything good now she could have been equal to trump as a billionaire.

This is because the people are ignorant of the way to live. In common law which is above and stronger than Constitutional law in America, the people could make the whole American government obsolete by using common law to cancel out most Constitutional law.

Here is one way you can start. All court cases are required to have some kind of harm or damage having been done to even make a case. If there is no harm or damage, there is no case. But if the defendant doesn't require the harm or damage to be shown, he loses to government.

One of the best examples of this is traffic. If you are driving over the speed limit, and a cop stops you and gives you a ticket, there is no case in court until someone comes forward and show how he was harmed or damaged. Stick to your requirement of harm or damage being shown. They can't even ask you to plead until they have an injured person or damaged property. And when they can't find any, you can file a claim for false arrest, false complaint, and get out of them the same money they would have gotten out of you (not easy, but doable).

Think of all the people in jail or prison when nobody was hurt. All they were doing was smoking a joint. They didn't hurt anyone. But their attorney screwed them by not requiring that the harmed person appear in court. If they are a friend of yours, get the case retried, and get them out of prison. Hillary is experienced in selling out government for her own good, not that i try to defend Trump here. Iam glad that i never had to choose between plague and cholera

All Presidential politicians will inevitably be seen as untrustworthy somewhere in their journey.  It's not a platform that is kind to nuance.
A lot of people equate "trustworthiness" with stubbornness. We believe that if a person commits to courses of action, then they are probably reliable in some way. Hillary Clinton has committed to courses of action in the public eye many times, perhaps most notably when her husband's betrayal was made public, and she decided to stay in the marriage. We can rationally infer from actions like this that she is highly capable of being trustworthy.
 
The first paragraph still applies, though. Every politician will have their words and actions misconstrued intentionally by those attempting to malign them. Candidates will also change positions temporarily in order to garner votes. We know this, and it's not individual to Hillary Clinton. It's universal.

For politicians, trust them at your own peril because thats who they are. That trust is not found in their morality books because they will continue to betray that trust. Even the nomination she has secured, do one know the number of people she has betrayed to get that. In essence I would rather trust someone else or myself than any politician... MY opinion though...

This is partly because Trump’s raging and racist white American nationalism makes him seem like the “type” that would nuke on impulse, despite his rather consistent calls for less confrontation in the world -- and even as Clinton promises to engage in new heights of provocation.

However, the main reason the smell of Armageddon clings to Trump’s candidacy, is that the corporate news media, as a sector, has coalesced behind Clinton (whose husband multiplied corporate media wealth with the Telecommunications Act of 1996). They, too, have squeezed into the Big Tent.

I was just reading a bit about Clinton's tax returns which were just released.  To be honest, I figured that Clinton had already released her tax returns since there was so much about bloviating in the media about Trump's failure to do so.  I should have known better.

The word is that the Clintons were somewhat generous with respect to 'charitable donations', but the catch is that something like 95% of their 'giving' was to the 'Clinton Family Foundation'.  That is different from "William J. Clinton Foundation (Now known as the Clinton Foundation)", but the 'family foundation' which has not released their tax info this year has in years past donated to the 'Clinton Foundation'.  If people find this confusing it is probably not an accident.


If I were advising Trump, here would be several suggestions:

 - Make a joke about Clinton's 'charity' by counting out some money from one pocket and putting it in the other.

 - Call special attention to the recent Judicial Watch FOIA e-mails which make it abundantly clear that at least one of these foundations was a blatant pay-to-play influence peddling sham which leveraged Hillary's role as secretary of state.  God only knows what go on in the others.


With respect to Trump's own taxes:

 - Remind people that he is still under audit by Obama's IRS.  As many of Obama's political adversaries are personally aware, Obama's IRS is absolutely corrupt.  So much so that Lois Lerner had to 'lose' her e-mails just as did secretary Clinton, the EPA, etc, etc.

 - State that it is a joy to see how much his non-release is getting under the skin of the Dems that he is in no hurry.
