Only 6.4Bil (13%) LDOGE  mined to date out of approx. 50Bil LDOGE total supply (half of DOGE coin which is 100Bil total Supply).

We just want to ensure a long life / future for the coin.

It takes time to build a coin up / develop and ensure support for long term.

I suggest about 20mil (preferably 25mil) LDOGE for staking (buy https://bittrex.com/Market/?MarketName=BTC-LDOGE or mine http://litedoge.org/forum/index.php?topic=33.0 to get more)
One should get about 2 stakes per day - more if you lucky;)

Do the following to PoS:

•Use latest wallet - download wallet from page 1 - v3.2.1.1-community https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1077390.0
•Run wallet (litedoge-qt.exe)
•Wait till it's synced (just restart if it gets stuck)
•Unlock wallet
•Happy staking

Take Note:

•You must wait for at least 8 hours when moving coins into wallet or new address to be eligible for staking and finding new blocks!
•The network weight has increased and difficulty increased and rewards are reducing but still very high (now 28K) - currently with 20mil PoSing you should get about 2 stakes per day.

I've been meaning to PM him to see if I can get the details on the dev for the web wallet he had mentioned.  I am assuming you are looking at the custom scratch cards at the shop?  It would be a cool little promo item, but it is 2.5 BTC for 1000 of them.  It feels like if we did raise 2.5 BTC, we could find a better use for those funds.  Not sure what maincoin has to do with it either?

In my opinion, LiteDoge would be better off just keeping the current reward structure, but changing the block time to 2 minutes.  This would immediately slash inflation in half with the added bonus of less orphans.  Forking to make a drastic reduction in the inflation rate always reeked of desperation to me.  Changing the block time just feels fairer and looks better but has the same effect.  Your proposed final block reward of 1,000 also is a bit too low IMO.  With the current scheduled final block reward of 6,000 and a 2 minute block time, 4.32 million LDOGE would be created every day forever.  That sounds about right to me.  If anything drop it to 5,000 just because it's a much more psychologically satisfying number.

I know that changing the block time was the thing that didn't make it into the last fork.  No offense to the current devs, but if outside help is needed to ensure the next fork works flawlessly, it would be a good idea to employ some and I and surely others would donate to that cause.

90-94 seconds would help significantly as well, and we are already 30,000 blocks into the 28k reward level so 26k will be here before we know it.  Many people are here because of the juicy staking so we don't want to strangle supply and cut it too fast, but as things sit right now 37.8 million more LiteDoge are created everyday.  Thats about 0.75 BTC worth at 2 satoshis.  It doesn't seem like much but we have the walls at 3 and 4 satoshis to deal with, many of them belonging to the former team members who are exiting I imagine.  After a few days of low volume and staking, 37.8 million new coins a day is plenty enough to continually replenish the mini wall at 2 satoshis.

I am a patient guy.  I think just about anyone who has stuck around since launch is.  Normally I wouldn't be worried about the inflation rate, and I'd just hold and stake.  When it comes to LiteDoge, I think the coin seems to be floundering to outsiders.  Internal strife, failure to build solid upward momentum, and lack of stability are making the coin look bad.  I'm not criticizing anyone here.  You and others have done infinitely more for this coin than I have, I'm all talk no action.  I'm just saying that since launch in March we have had multiple hard forks and 1 fail fork with the horrible masternode client, yet we still debating the inflation rate and how quickly block reward should be reduced!  Still crunching the numbers, unsure of what direction we want to go.  I would like to see the block time raised to 90-120 seconds, and I think the simple act of setting the reward schedule in stone and saying "thats it, we have a consensus, let's move on" would be an important statement.  At the same time, turning the inflation down a notch or two allows us to focus more on eating the existing walls rather than soaking up new coins.  If the protocol and price can finally show some stability, LiteDoge will look more attractive to new investors and members of the community.  We need that solid base.

Talk it over with the other devs.  If the only specification change of a new fork were to be a block time change, and you guys aren't sure how to do it, Presstab is pretty much the go-to freelance POS dev around here.  A change that small would probably not be much work for him, so it probably wouldn't cost us much to get done.  Sure we could raise the funds needed for an hour of his work if we need to.

We are only @13% I would suggest waiting until closer to 50% before forking, that give plenty of time to get new people involved, and will make the coin rare with only 50% to go with a time fork.

But no way should we make people fork again so soon after the last one.......

It should be done, but timing needs to be right.  I guess that gives us plenty of time to come to a solid consensus on final specifications, and possibly the dev team will be able to narrow down what the issue with changing block times is.  More time to collect juicy stakes too.

This all sounds good.  We should keep an open dialogue going here as we have some time before making any decisions/changes that require a hard fork.  Everyone is welcome to comment on this as it is all of our coin.  The devs will only make core changes to the coin with a majority of support from the community.

Yes i know that mate. But why they are not understand that if they are would dumping price they are never sell it for 3-4 satoshi by that way. And its a PoS currency much more better to keep those huge amount of coins in stake to make a profit and keep up a buy/sell balance on exchanges with volume around 1-3 BTC/day.
