I use Raiffeisen Bank. Never any problems.

Your right, the ruble has lost a lot of its value as of late. That's the point, when it swings back it will produce a nice profit.
When will that happen? I would say it will be around 8-12 months from now. As soon as oil prices start to rise and the West returns
to a more stable political position.

Pretty much, that has been the story for me too. Sometimes it takes 2 days, but that's not the norm for me.
