I am new member in exmo from last week. I made around 44 BTC exchange from exmo to neteller. Before today when I withdraw 5000 usd to my neteller account from exmo wallet I got 4969 USD into my neteller. But today I saw a changes in fees when I put 5000 USD for withdrawal it showin I will get 4874 USD instead of 4969 USD.  that means they have increase fee or change the old offer.  If the fee not decrease I will not able to trade in exmo because its high for me.  thanks

exmo does change very often the fee for third party processors.
So yes, you have to check the fee everytime again, before making such a payment.

It is better to use Wire or SEPA transfer.

If two-factor authorization is disabled, withdrawal will be blocked for 72 hours in order to keep your account safe.

you are introducing alot of new features and improvements at your website,
but you are not able to improve your API ?!

I wrote to your Support, that they should improve API to prevent losses from API traders.
But they keep telling me, that they can't change/add things to API because of non-public reasons.
Also they can't increase the API limit for specific users.

... every other exchange is open for API improvements, but Exmo not.

Maybe your support agents should pass the users with API feature requests directly to the develpoer instead of saying again and again that it would be absolutely impossible.

1. When setting up TOTP of authorization it is now required to enter not the password, but new TOTP code. This was made for users, who forget to ajust TOTP on mobile phone, enter password and then cannot login to account.

Due to the transfer of data to new servers some platform functionality is currently unavailable, but will be available again soon. Trade API will resume on August the 1st, Excode API will resume after August the 2nd. Excode will resume working on August the 1st.

Okay, while generating a new key, I misunderstood the generating process. When I click "Generate and save" a new key will be generated and you will alawys show the key AND secret at your website?! That is unsusal, normally at least the secret gets hidden.
So API with new key does work now.  But you should improve that API screen. It is not very clear if the shwon key is the active API key, or an API key I could generate.

As I wrote before, the newly generated key do work (after I found out which one the active key is )
But my old key did not work. Next time please inform customers that the old key will get invalid and they have to generate a new key
