New EXMO user here;
So after resading some good things about this new EU based exchange, i decided to move forward and made a couple of BCH and ETH deposits / withdrawals to test the platform early yesterday.
The first one went through normally; but the second has been held by EXMO for no reason for the last 24hrs
The BCH network has no problem whatsoever and i made similar tansfers with other brokers the same day without any issue.
All payments cleared in less than 30 minutes.
I sent a couple of tickets about this
(ticket 252725) but no answer so far.
I understand that many exchanges struggle these days under the ever increasing number of users but it is quite a disappointing experience for an exchange that i thought to be A rated, customer oriented and reliable.

Not sure how this will be handled by the EXMO team but meanwhile judge for yourself if you plan to use that exchange
