One of my withdrawals' status is PAID on EXMO but it cannot be found in Blockchain. Withdrawal was 1 week ago and support ignores ticket for 6 days. 
Did anybody had the same situation so that transaction is not shown on Blockchain?

Seriously what's wrong with Exmo??
I have exactly the same bs situation than you; after waiting a withdrawal pending for two days it's now reading "paid" while they actually never posted the transaction on the network

What's the point of all this blockchain thing? Sending my payments by a bank or postal services would be 100x time faster and safer

Today managed to talk in Live Chat? they said - there was problem and it has been solved, but it takes time about 1 day so that all pending operations reach the network.
Hope and waiting...

I also have the same situation with you. I have waited for a BTC withdrawal pending for more than 24 hours, it's display "paid" while actually they didn't posted the transaction on the network. I have contacted the support via chat and email, still no any response.

And there are also many other users have the same BTC withdrawal failed issue on the EXMO trade talk group.

I've got a withdrawal issue too — i want to withdraw my cryptocurrency and get a 10325 error, it says i need to verify my account, but i verified it, no new letter was sent to me. I contacted support and got no answer for a week now. I also submitted my passport scan and personal info long before trading, but it didn't get me verified too. And now no one bothers to answer me what to do with that.

too many problems with them, too much wasted time and money
They obviously hold your deposits to finance their own trades


In just a week trying them, 4 payments being stuck on hold for several days;
again today, 2 new payments on hold now for the whole day; no tidx
not a single answer to tickets sent days ago

meanwhile brokers like okex, cryptopia, kraken, gdax, bitstamp, etc proceed with my withdrawals in 30 minutes, sometime less; As a comparison Okex always answer the chat within an hour, and even call you from China to fix shits up

Nothing like those amateurs

My advice, save your time and money and use reputable brokers that actually do not screw their customers with ridiculous withdrawals delays and deliver an actual service

Is there any EXMO support on this forums? I have waited for my BTC withdrawl more than 2 days, and there are still not any update or any explaintions from EXMO, it is really a very terrible experience to use EXMO this time.

we are in the same boat my friend

as my funds were being held for no reason, i've meanwile made dozens of exchanges with reliable brokers like Binance, Cex.io, Okex
all transfers processed within 15 - 30 minutes

This company is a fraud and i advise all serious traders to stay away from them

They basically use your funds to hedge their own inside trades; therefore they need to hold on it as long as possible. They are not a broker, they are a one way bank.
I wouldn't be surpised if they'd actually even lend the deposits to margin accounts against 2 points per day

When you said 2 of your withdrawals have been processed, you mean it has been submited on the network?

I'm afraid that I have lost all my BTC on this transaction, because it didn't submit the transaction on the network, they just display status "paid" on their system. This is totally a fruad and cheat behavior.

The EXMO support is also very Terrible attitude and Bad, I submited a email ticket but they will never reply your email. When you contact them on the chat, you will see 99 queue before in most time. If you are lucky to wait for a long time and have the opportunity to talk with the support, They will reply you with "I don't know if this BTC have sent or not", and then leave the chat without message.

Yes. Both have over 60 confirmations already. But my first withdrawal 0.3 BTC 10 days ago is PAID in the account but not yet on the network ((

Thanks for your sharing, I have a 0.4 BTC withdrawals generated 3 days ago, it's also display "paid" on status but not on the network, Do you think can we get it back or not? Because after a bad experiences with EXMO support, I fell hopeless of get my BTC back again.

I do not know what to think... Support is bad, owners and all staff is from ex-USSR.. I see no logic why some operations are sent to network others - not.
Based on other users' feedback - operations over 5k. have the longest hold period (10-15 days and more).
They say that this situation is because of the BTC network overload that is big lie (they even do not try to send operation to network)... Support asks you wait again and again - looks like they have financial problems and gain time holding big operations and asking clients to wait..  How serious their problems and will these operation be on network - I do not know..
