Anyone had any problems. In America struggling with legal weapons, in Ukraine people are fighting for the right to have legal weapons. While illegal weapons in the hands of very many. What is better an illegal weapon on the hands or legal.

Australia has at its base of law, English Common Law, although they may have changed it to Australian Common Law.

This means that properly done, as long as there is no harm or damage, peoples' rights are above the civil law of government.

It is true that we have ignored the fundamentals of common law. If we hadn't ignored it all along, we wouldn't be in the mess we are. But if some of us don't take up the cause, it will become worse in the future. Consider your children and grandchildren.

Everyday, peaceful people are very similar everywhere. They all need guns to help get rid of the terrorists. Governments are the biggest terrorist promoters. We can't get rid of governments, so let's keep our guns.

how would you monitor unauthorized people from getting hold of fire arms and put a restriction when you have a open market where you can get a gun without any background check or even a license ,first impose some rules and then we can control the free market

For example. The 2nd Amendment is fundamental law in America. From https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/second_amendment:

The 2nd Amendment calls the people a militia that is necessary for a free land and government. And the way to keep the freedom is to not limit guns. So, let's enforce the basic law of the 2nd Amendment, and get rid of all gun laws that oppose it and are inferior to it... often by prosecuting cops that try to enforce laws that limit 2nd Amendment gun freedom.
