Hi and happy new year,
Just tried Quoine for the past 3 days.
I like the prokessional look of the interface and the multiple options & customizable chart windows, really cool feature, but it need some work on ergonomy and ease of use
For example:
the order "quantity" field. I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to put the total balance in the order. It is impossible to automatically enter the full balance amount and you have to do a guess work with the annoying "quantity" increments. Why not just put the actual base currency rather than the end currency. Why letting the user having a guesswork deducting/ trading /withdrawal fees when entering total amount?
Another thing, on an average laptop screen i couldn't see anything and it took me a long time to figure out where to find the "cancel" command; i know you can customize the windows but in default setting it is hidden on the right and you have to slide a cursor to see it; not easily/quickly accessible
Traders need to cancel and replace orders quickly; the cancel function should be a big red button in the middle of the screen
Then, everytime you want to open a new window during an active session with quoinex.com you have to enter your logins 2FA etc? make it very difficult to use
Then there is a glitch the withdrawal process;
You enter a new adress, then there is an unclear almost invisible field where you have to put your 2FA key and a code sent by email; but here is the thing, if you miss that field and close the window you're screwed and won't be able to re enter the token they sent you by email.
Which means you will have to enter another address because the system won't let you use the one you just entered and that remains unconfirmed
I've been trying to withdraw funds for the past 3 days (
withdrawal ID 51917, please check) to find out on your support page that it takes about 24-48 hours minimum for a crytpo withdrawal.. manually approved once a day (
working day)? what's the point dealing with crypto if withdrawals have to take that long?
It is probably the only exchange i know that does this kind of thing while all the others post payments instantly. It took me litteraly 10 minutes to send the funds in, it will take me more than 4 days to get them out..
It was the first time i used your platform with a 1BTC test and i overall liked the platform despite the few issues mentioned earlier, but this withdrawal issue keeps me wondering. The reason many of us deal with cryptos is that it is supposed to be a faster and cheaper asset/payment system than the usual banking/trading world; if it takes forever to return deposits then what's the point?
