how can i get verified for personal identificaton?i have been trying to upload some identity proof,like ID card,and name of street,but its refused,and i try it several times,any creteria how acceptable identity to verified quoine account?

Hi - if you have been rejected we will always list the rejection reason. Maybe you are not meeting the requirements - the address proof has to be no older than 6 months.

Dear quoine. When you will fix a problem of withdrawal fiat money to local bank from to Indonesia? The Big problem indonesian traders are on proccess withdrawal fiat and coins, they must wait until couple days just for withdrawal some coin. I hope in the future you can give fast service. SGD withdrawals are currently processed via FAST, with a max limit of 50k SGD.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 business days

Yes, for SC accounts, we can do book transfer which has no limit
