I have no problems with Bitcoin. The only thing that i would love to see being different, are the confirmation times. If you buy stuff online, it's not a big deal. But if you do receive coins from some one in real life, it can be frustrating having to wait 30 minute or more for a single confirmation.

Bitcoin as a technology and currency is fine (other than volatility for the latter). Any problems I've ever had were relate to the trading of this technology/currency which is a human problem more than anything.

I would like to pay with Bitcoin in ordinary shops for goods and meal. This is a biggest problem I see now. But I am happy to see more and more merchants allow it.

My biggest problem with bitcoin is the obvious skew in opinions and elitist attitudes of several people associated with what is supposed to be the adoption of bitcoin as a currency. But then again, maybe mediocrity is best for now. Maybe the world isn't ready for bitcoin so it's just fine to keep it for the techies.

For now I don't have big problem with Bitcoin. my problem with Bitcoin is the confirmation that take too long to confirm. I'm gambling with Bitcoin so it's sometimes take to long to deposit, then my match already play.

Actually I don't have any crucial problem with bitcoin. But yes there are some problems. If these problems can be recovered then that will be a very good news.
To me I think if bitcoin transaction can be identified. That means if you transact bitcoin then your identity is being hided. Due to this reason you can't track the source of earning and also then sending identity. I know every crypto currency is being designed like this but if this system is changed then many countries who denied bitcoin will also accept bitcoin.
Bitcoin's value flactuating is also very high. So if it's possible then I think if the flactuating is little bit less then it would be a good one.

Software development team here.
We would like to hear from the community what are the most annoying\frustrating stuff you have with Bitcoin and would love to get a solution for ?
Feel free to talk about any problem, even if it seems unsolvable or too abstract (e.g. Bitcoin is not safe enough for the average user)
Edit:
After reading all the replies, I feel confident summarizing that the #1 problem of Bitcoin is probably lack of adoption.
And the main reasons of lack of adoption are probably ease of use and insufficient security.
We are a team of entrepreneurs and software developers that are going to spend the next following months-year on developing a new product.
One of the most appealing markets for us is the Bitcoin market.
We will try to learn us much as possible from your replies and try to tackle the problems head on.

The bigger problem un bitcoin is the reported hackers that causing investors and people who wanted to reach out to bitcoin. There are so many fake news circulating the system. There so many ICO's without validation if they are not scam. Everyone is afraid to lose that is why we need to secure the system.

The problem is that there is no value but the bitcoin gambling does not mean that the market in the marketplace is not intended to sell any bitcoin to other applications, such as the altcoin or the battery for the bitcoin. You can also find bitcoin

I think Bitcoin is currently very good and basically no problem. Bitcoin wallet security, and also has a good hardware wallet security and fast transaction time.

For me this time of transactions and their inconsistency. Sometimes confirmations happen fast, sometimes it not so. I would like that they were predictable.

For me, Bitcoin is good in its current form, practically nothing I want to add other than a faster and safer confirmation time.

If you think Bitcoin is closely related to illegal behavior. You seem to have believed the scam media. Have you seen someone commit crimes with Bitcoin?

agree. If you already know a lot about Bitcoin, then you can't say that Bitcoin is vulnerable to hacking

My biggest problem here is that the price of it is unpredictable sometimes its high sometimes its low. I don't know when it will be high and low so that I can't sell it.

My biggest problem with bitcoin is its lack of a smart contract functionality.  It is too easy to send bitcoin off for some goods or services and not receive those goods or services in return.  I know that there are escrow services that provide a measure of comfort but they're not safe either and represent a degree of centralization.  Some of the newer alternatives, such as Ethereum, have included turing capabilities and smart contract functionality to their platform which makes their system less reliant on trust. It would be nice if Bitcoin also included those features somehow.

I don't call it a problem, but there is room for improvement through my point of view.

Simplified security is my main point. Some sites enforce two-factor authentication transactions and purse access. This is the best thing. As far as security is concerned, I have to wait for a confirmation email and then approve each payment. And verification code takes a little time.

I am a staunch fan of bitcoin,it paved the way.. But I have two problems I dont like about bitcoin, namely the transaction fees and confirmation time, compared to most alts, you can send and receive money within seconds and sometimes, you can even send tokens for less that $0.01,but with bitcoin, that is totally impossible.

The biggest problem is that you must download all existing transactions and blocks if you want an offline wallet.
