I would never quit my day job because the fact is that you can still not make the bitcoin your job in my opinion there are too many risks involved by doing this in my opinion.

same here even i am earning descent amount from bitcoin but I cannot rely only it for living but bitcon bitcoin is the best way to earn some  extra money.
yeah I think so dude. although I have considerable income in bitcoin about 1 BTC per month. but I can not just rely on the revenue in bitcoin only ? of course there are many reasons The most fundamental is the bitcoin is not so mainstream now :-/

What? Where'd you get the idea that bitcoin is getting less attention? It is contradicting with the news that the bitcoin is continuously adopted in the world and some of the known companies.

Man it so many. I wonder where you get the idea that is is getting less mainstream.

Quitting your job for the bitcoin is not smart but if you can make a lot of money and do this constantly this could be a option, I myself would not take this risk honestly because its too risky, I have a family to feed.

Yes I feel you man. You cant just take a job without insurance that it will keep going for a year. You dont know what could happen. What if something wrong occured, then it will be hard to get back to your past job.

It's actually harder to find a job IRL for me compared to Bitcoin. I have been screwing around with computer code since I was ten and found school too difficult (I hated my professor, though he was only an "instructor' at a college).  i follow http;//laracasts.com and have read parts of the cakePHP cookbook, I've developed a lot of new skills during my time on this forum

Signatures? How about learning a skill... I don't care either way. Everybody has to make a living somehow.

It's always a risky part. There's no guarantee to what will happen if you quit. Especially in your case and it's the most common one. Even those who has skill still prefer to stay to their job and not risk it. So, it's much better to stay with your current job and do some online jobs as a side job.

Actually there is not safe job in this world, as long as we just an employee we always belong in the rat race category. We are employee now but of course we have a plan in the future to manage our won business. Just like Robert Kiyosaki said we work to learn not to earn. As we stay in our job for a longer period of time we need to learn it because not all the time our body and mind can endure the stress in the work. As we become older our production decreases.

Now, if you are planning for a good future, we need to have another source of income, the opportunity for us has already come, with bitcoins around in our community we can use it as a tool to gain online or invest in it from a portion of our salary from day job. As long as we have different source of income the better, so I am keeping my day job.

That's true we don't have a job security in this world, that is why as an employee too. I make it a point that I can save some money for the future, it already included in their the funds for emergency and investment. I am seeing now that their is good chance for us to earn when investing in bitcoins so I invested already with a little of my earnings. I hope my investment will be a successful one.

in fact if we want, we can do full time on bitcoin and withdraw our bitcoin (read : selling bitcoin to fiat) each month like we get "real salary" from realjob, the problem is your salary not fixed, sometimes you get $100, sometimes you get $500 .

im very interesting to go full time on bitcoin, i can be a boss for myself.

hope next year i have 20btc, then i building bitcoin mining rig, and start full time on bitcoin with trading and learning about bitcoin.

Me either, it is good to go full time with bitcoin because you can work at your own comfort to your house. But still I'm not able to find
a regular job with bitcoin but if there's I'll grab the opportunity.

unmarried or married, if you can get a very big result in bitcoin was not a problem. I have some friends who are married and have children, but they have taken the decision to go full time in bitcoin, because the result is greater than their daily job.

I myself have not married and have taken full time in bitcoin. I think it's really fun Smiley

The chance is great indeed, but in the end you need to make sure you can live a few months without any income  or less income (always prepare for a worst case sceneratio) Just in case

Good decision if that's your decision I will support you friend, there are circumstances which is better to you , then go choose that.
Most of us here are doing bitcoin as secondary source of income or doing it as a part time job, but I also know there are lots of full time bitcoin people.

I don't think trading bitcoin currently is that profitable so that everyone could just quit their jobs and trade bitcoin, and get a large profit from it. It is also pretty volatile, there is no guaranteed profits.

So no, I don't think I'm going to quit my job just yet. But in the future, I might.

yes you are right, trade bitcoin hard to get great benefits, especially you must have a large capital, and also bitcoin price movement is very slow . but if you trade altcoins, you can get great benefits, even if you can get a huge profit, I am sure you will take the decision to quit your job.

I agree with you, but still the possibility of earning higher is high if you are going to monitor your coins daily but the sad thing is bitcoin won't guarantee you the benefits that you can get with your daily job. But still, if you are already on retirement it is fine.
The thing is only those who risk big can only earn big, being a workers or employee with our day job, we are not risking that big that is why we are just earning a little income, just enough to sustain our daily expenses in life, while if you want a comfortable life that you hold your time, investment is the answer.

maybe i am earning more money from bitcoin than my job . but i don't think that it will i studied so many years just have a stable job so i will not choose to quit the job and get fulltime for bitcoin , i'll choose my job over bitcoin . im not contented on what bitcoin can do with my life . and bitcoin is still risky even you place it at your vault or wallet it's not always fully safe .

You got the point, that why you will replace your long years of studying at school just to have a decent job and replace it by bitcoin. But if you can see that you are earning bigger than you decent job, forget about your degree and get into bitcoin if that profits you most.
