In order for btc to replace Dollar it has to be a very huge thing like a ww3 and all the system has to be replaced from the beginning. Otherwise it is very hard to replace it.

I do believe the same, I think it will not totally replace dollar as these coins are backed up by dollar. What could happen is that the increased use of these coins will only allow bitcoins popularity and usage to rise while dollar in the back stage yet doesn't it will be lost because everything is attached to it.

No, bitcoin can not replace dollar, because bitcoin is cryto currency and dollar is a fiat that we can use only in US, while bitcoin can use every where and every country.

No, not gonna happen, BTC is our sub currency, not our main currency, most government dont see BTC as a legitimate currency thats why some government disapprove it, it is better this way that we mine coins buy coins trade coins get paid by coins and then we convert it tou our currency dollars peso etc. maybe we should keep like that, its ok for me, i dunno for you but i think it is right and just to be like that.

He will always be optimistic about the future of bitcoin, and I think this is an opportunity for all of us to invest bitcoin, I agree with the CEO of coinbase opinion that someday bitcoin will replace the dollar but it takes longer time and I expect about 50 years from now.

That is not going to happen because the bitcoin has a lot of problems with its network for doing daily transaction and the fees is so high which is not a good thing for me to pay for doing small to average amount of transaction everyday and that is not suitable for the people who want to use it as a dollar also because they will have a lot of head ache for sure for experiencing the problem of bitcoin's network. So it will literally not replace the dollar, that is 100% sure.

As long as nations exist, as long as we don't just call ourselves citizens of the world, but instead call ourselves Chinese, Americans, British etc., no decentralized currency like BTC will replace fiat money, especially no the dollar. The dollar itself might be turned into a purely electronic form, and might even use the blockchain technologies, but it will remain under central control.

bitcoin will never be able to replace the dollar, since this crypto currency has already squeezed itself out and most likely some altcoyins in the future and will replace the dollar, but not bitcoin will do it

I don't believe bitcoin will replace dollar 💰, dollar had been in existence for donkey years, and it s acceptable global, it's refer as hot currency, bitcoin can't replace dollar because dollar is like paper money fiat, why bitcoin is digital currency, thou both of them serve the same purpose, but different pattern.

Maybe, and there is a possibility but a little percentage of possibility. For me bitcoin cannot replace dollars. There is so many process to replace dollar into bitcoin. But there is also conflict in making bitcoin a fiat. It is bettter to be called bitcoin a sub currency.

Bitcoin, it's just a currency and a payment option doesn't have a country running with their currency, and big companies doesn't work with bitcoin value or price to import and export ,it will be just a way to spend and pay to another person. But this is a very good sign and might be a future successor of fiat currency. I think it would definitely replace the dollar real soon.

As there were issues related to transaction lately. The transactions were really slow and sometimes it was even unconfirmed or not at all completed and the transaction fee was also very high. But the transaction issue was recently improved the unconfirmed transactions were completed and the speed of transaction also increased to an extent. But the transaction fee still is high. If it comes back to normal, that transactions take place fast or better instantly with low or better no fee, then bitcoin can definitely replace the dollar sign sonner than 15years. Given that it provides improved transaction schemes.

I do not think it will happen, because bitcoin is virtual money and bitcoin is also illegal, so it will not replace the dollar. maybe up to 500 years also will not happen.

This time we say illegal bitcoin, but we will soon receive the shocking facts because bitcoin becomes international currency, we all know that dollar is the strongest currency of the world today, but if bitcoin growth keeps repeating like year 2017 then it does not take long to replace gollar.

We cannot predict what will happen in bitcoin after a few years. We see that bitcoin value is so volatile, we see how the graph of bitcoin value go to its peak, and go down so fast. We cannot predict if bitcoin can replace dollar soon.

though I want it to happen, I still think that this thing would not be possible, I think the government will not allow it to happen. One another reason is some countries experience poverty and they do not rely on electronic gadgets wherein you can access your bitcoins. If it replaced real money, then they can not gain access to it. They are also uneducated when it comes to cryptocurrency and it will be hard o adjust. Although it is a good thing, but there are more things to consider before making it happen. Bitcoin also has flaws and it is not perfect.

Cash is the norm, a lot of people are not even aware of bitcoin, some don't even have bank accounts, some don't even have internet, (some Americans still prefer fax or mail instead of email) so bitcoin is probably a lot advanced for them, and they would consider it only for tech savvy people.
