Conte's problem was not about money and he has made it clear. Conte has been also confirming what was his reason to reject napoli's offer. It's not right to take money as his main motive why he was rejecting napoli's offer.

Firstly I think Gracia is not the real problem here, yes he shares in the problem but then he alone isn't the problem, he is currently facing too much pressure from the fans and the management and this will definitely affect his productivity because he at this point, he does not have the enabling environment required for him to be able to deliver optimally the results expected of him, this is resulting from the inconsistency characterized with the management.
