It was really dissapointing result from Bayern that surprisingly they lose from Mönchengladbach and apparently Upamecano red card were makes them cannot develop their game because based on match statistics Mönchengladbach playing more agressive than them

On the other hand Union Berlin who have second positions in standings league will fight against Schalke tomorrow and this is good opportunities to overtake Bayern position if Union Berlin can able to win the match and i think they can do that considering Union Berlin condition is really good that Union always win the last 5 matches on Bundesliga and a bit surprised to see the odds for Union Berlin @1.62 although against weak team but the bookie didn't provide low odds for them

Damn, but I didn't think Freiburg would ever come this close again to the top after tasting the heights of Bundesliga for some period. And BVB can even clamber into second place temporarily on goal difference if they win... not to leave the best for last with Union now wondering if they can invite destiny back into their hands with a win tomorrow.

Nagelsmann risked too much and didn't let 4-5 good players play from the start. Then there was the red card for Upamecano in minute 8. It was in the second half that Musiala and Sane came into the game. Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting scored his goal before, but it wasn't a good game from him. Tomorrow, Union Berlin will win against Schalke and take back first place. Look at the statistics of Berlin... 9 of the last 10 games won, wow.

In my opinion, the most interesting of today's Bundesliga matches will be Borussia Moenchengladbach - Bayern Munich. The favorites seem to be the guests who, after a few-match decline in form, returned to the winning track. However, you have to remember that they may be a bit tired after a tough match in Paris in the middle of the week. Borussia Mönchengladbach is in a weaker form lately, but they are a very unpredictable team and when they have a good day they can be dangerous for any opponent. However, if I had to bet, I would bet on Bayern to win.

It is extremely weird to me, that somehow Bayern Munich is always having a very hard time when they are playing against Borussia Mönchengladbach. I knew about those statistics before the match today started but this time i was really sure that Bayern would win the match today. Bayern had a great momentum before the match with their totally deserved win against PSG in the Champions League this tuesday, while Gladbach had some rough weeks in the past.
I also have to say though, that today Bayern was very unlucky. I watched multiple replays and different angles but for me the red card against Upamecano is still a total joke and the fact that the video referee did not even tell the ref to watch the footage about that scene is just a joke.

I was expecting such competitive match from Bayern Munich and Gladbach honestly. Their recent history is also full of this kind of matches against each other. Considering Bayern Munich's inconsistent look in the Bundesliga this season it wouldn't be surprising to see them having difficulties in this match. It's not about which field is not lucky for Bayern Munich. It happened because of the early red card. After that Bayern Munich had to play with one man down. And a long time was left in the match. Actually, it could have been easier if Dayot Upamecano just let it go and hope for the best. Because I think Bayern Munich was going to have enough chances to get back in the match. But after that red card so early in the match, it was basically impossible for Bayern Munich to play with that same confidence. Still in the end Bayern Munich did make it interesting.

Anyway, now it is going to be interesting to see if Union Berlin can win in the next match. Because if they can, they will become the first team on the table. I thought it was not going to happen but I guess it is happening.

I would say Upamecano's red card was a bit harsh and that gifted Gladbach the win today. After the red card, Bayern's defense were cluless on handling situations and Gladbach got the most out of it today. I think it should have been a yellow card but then again I am not a refree. That was a crucial match  for Bayern and now with the loss they have given Union Berlin to overtake them to the 1st spot on the table.

Despite the red card I believe Bayern Munich showed a really good performance. They lost by only one goal at the end. Maybe they could have even won here if it weren't for that. At least they could have got one point. I don't see this kind of a scenario for Bayern Munich very often so it surprised me. Because they are a really disciplined team as we all know.

This loss will make the title race more fired up as a result. I assume Union Berlin and Dortmund both would get wins as they have comfortable games ahead.

Agree with what you say because indeed with this some bettors get quite significant returns in this match.
The conditions seem to be the same as last season, even though we can't let go of a red card in this match, it's still a win again for Gladbach when they meet Bayern. It seems like every season Bayern always struggles against Gladbach lol

Despite the red card I believe Bayern Munich showed a really good performance. They lost by only one goal at the end. Maybe they could have even won here if it weren't for that. The red card in the 7th minute of the game destabilized a smaller team, but not Bayern, at least so I told myself. And then came the first goal from Borussia M'gladbach, which I thought would have made them more defensive, but they weren't. Their second goal, which put them ahead, gave them the morale to fight and hold off Bayern, but I wonder why they couldn't or didn't sustain the tempo. Then the third goal in the final hours was just magnificent. The red card gave them the  early advantage.

Even though Bayern Munich is statistically far above Monchengladbach, it is true that Bayern Munich always has difficulties when facing this one team. They definitely want to improve their meeting record with Monchengladbach by winning. It will not be an easy game for Bayen Munich to steal victory at home to Monchengladbach at Borussia Park.

I think the reason for their lose could be the game they played against which affected their performance from playing  well today. Bayern Munich players are not strong maybe because of some developing injury,  I could see it in their performance.
