I agree with you that the currently very tight standings cannot be separated from the declining performance of Bayern Munich. But it is also possible that other teams have also made improvements, and these improvements have not been seen because they have been overshadowed by the decline of Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich is right now not in a very good position. They have the same points as Union Berlin and Dortmund.
