As far as i can see the performance from bayern under naglesmann is not so bad at all.

This game is actually THE game for Dortmund. The biggest chance is if they win it, but they should definitely not lose it. If they lose it I can see how they fall back into the well known lethargy towards the end of the season. A win would put enormous pressure on Bayern, but what's more important is that they can go to Leipzig and play that game knowing in the back of their heads that a defeat is still a manageable outcome. If Dortmund loses this one and then goes to Leipzig, I can see a situation where the season is over in literally two weeks when Bayern wins both of their next games.
