Frankfurt was the club that caught my eye until this week. They didn't play badly, but they didn't play well either. They are the most drawn club so far with 4 draws. Their defense is good, but the problem is that when they can't be productive in scoring goals, it makes it difficult for them to win. That's a problem they have to solve quickly, because having a defense that is difficult to penetrate is not enough to make them get a win in a match, they need a goal to make them win. And that's their problem right now.

For this season which has started with several matches it is actually true that Eintracht Frankfurt performance is not that bad but look at their history while playing in the Bundesliga it seems more likely to be the same or stable but unfortunately they have never been in the top.
Even though Eintracht Frankfurt defense is quite good they do not always appear victorious to be able to get full points in every match whereas winning requires goals to be superior.

At least Oliver Glasner succeeded in bringing Eintracht Frankfurt to fairly stable appearance and avoided relegation and now Dino Toppmoller has replaced Oliver Glasner so there is possibility that the new coach can bring change to Eintracht Frankfurt.

In local media, Leverkusen have not been willing to release Xabi Alonso to leave. I don't really understand this reason is because of the team or the money. But if you look at Leverkusen's stats with Xabi then he really deserves to be retained. But maybe this is also a tactic to increase the selling price. Real Madrid have to start thinking, because Anceloti will definitely go to Brazil. There are several names who may be on a par with Alonso and they are former Madrid players, such as Raul Gonzalez or Alvaro Arbeloa whereas Zidane is unlikely to ever coach the club.

Yeah that news has been rumoured from a while and it seems that Real Madrid is still studying the best option to pick and its availability. Of course training Real Madrid is an honour and winning with the team will make any coach a legend. I think that giving it a try will be a good challenge for any coach regardless of its outcome.
Xabi proved himself as a good coach. Leverkusen wasn't as serious as this season in the previous one. Same goes for Brighton, they have improved a lot lately, although being kicked out of EFL Cup was a negative result even though it isn't that important trophy.

Darmstadt VS Werder GOAL 4 - 2 - LOST

I never expected Darmstadt could win this and this is their 1st win for sure so it is really surprising, it never came to mind that Darmstadt could surely win this one, but they surely won with a dominant attitude in the 1st round by getting all 4 goals while Werder have struggled in getting it for sure, and after this game, I want to see Darmstadt if they could likely win with a much advance team, for sure this is not a fluke as Werder just manage to get 2 goals in the last part of the game,

SC Freiburg VS Augsburg GOAL 2 - 0 - WIN

Well, this game is pretty much a dominant win for Freiburg, and against Augsburg likely getting a huge upgrade with their defense for Freiburg it was really nothing, peculiar with this game but as I have said Augsburg can sometimes surprise anyone, for sure this time it was a win for Feiburg, for sure they haven't gotten an upgrade with players but for sure Freiburg is a team not expected to be dining,

But that was too late. If they had started playing football earlier the game would probably have ended differently.

I am one of those fans wishing badly for a new champion this season aside Bayern Munich, they have dominated the league for more than a decade winning every single league title and making the other clubs looking mediocre. Last season Dortmund were just 90 minutes away from ending that dominance and just like the other past seasons they fell off. So for this reason I wouldn’t be banking on Dortmund this season but rooting for Bayer Leverkusen.

Why I feel they have all it takes to win the league is that, Bayern aren’t dominating and terrifying as they used to be since last season even though they added some great players to the squad. They are still lacking that playing pattern and it seems Tuchel isn’t get it out from them. Bayer Leverkusen under management of Alonso since arrival in the second half of last season have shown that they can go head to head with just anybody and the acquisition of new players have proven that more this season so I hope they will scoop this tittle

If Bayer's fans are so naive that they expect a Bundesliga title this year, then they needn't worry - if Alonso leaves, it won't be until next summer. Bayern are showing dubious results so far, but still their chances are higher than those of other clubs, take a look at the bookmakers’ quotes:

First of all I do not think that contracts matter for managers, if you pay the compensation you can handle it because there is no transfer fee for the manager. So, if any big club would like to get Xabi Alonso during the middle of the season, they would have to pay only just few million dollars, something small like 1 or maximum 2 million euro and they can get him.

It's more important to convince him and I am sure he is happy where he is right now and only would consider this if he is offered something huge. I believe that he will stay though, I do not see any team that would be better than what he has right now that could get him. Even if United or Chelsea fires their managers and want to hire Xabi, he knows that he shouldn't risk his career and go to a place like that where it would only hurt him.

German Bundesliga was the most boring league among the the top five leagues in Europe before this season and that is because of the fact that Bayern Munich were at the top of the league for most parts of the season which makes majority of the people to easily predict of who becomes the league champion  at the end of the season.
However, Bayer Leverkusen has changed that narrative since the start of the season and have been winning matches and getting good results for the club. Xabi Alonso's men are currently league leaders and looks like the team that's gonna finally stop Bayern Munich dominance in German league.

I guess Leverkusen can continue. With new coach Xabi Alonso, the team is now strong and playing consistently well. They even drew the away match 2-2 against Bayern Munich. Also their attack and defense are both strong. The team scored 20 goals in 6 matches and conceded 6 goals. Also, since the team is not playing in the Champions League, they can fully focus on the Bundesliga. Despite playing in the Europa League, the Europa League teams are relatively weak. And so I think this team will not let Bayern Munich become the Bundesliga champions easily this season. However, the performance of Stuttgart and Leipzig is likely to deteriorate.

It could happen like that, but for now we also have to enjoy the fierce competition at the start of the season in the Bundesliga. I also can't imagine if Bayer Leverkusen and Stuttgart are able to maintain their dominance consistently enough until the middle of the season, because those two teams could make it difficult for Bayern Munich and Borrussia Dortmund to take first and second place. Although I also don't doubt the strength that Bayern Munich and Borrussia Dortmund have this season to continue to dominate the Bundesliga like last season.
