My major doubt with Leverkusen is that even though they haven't lost, they have won only one team in the top 5 this season despite already played against 4 of them. That win was against Leipzig. They drew with Dortmund, Bayern, and Dortmund.
To win the league you have it try and win these top teams because that's the difference maker. If all the top teams win most of their games against smaller teams, the difference would come when they face each other.

Bayern Munich should take a lesson from the heavy defeat to evaluate what's going wrong with their team setup. They cant keep playing with the same tactics and strategy throughout the season, because many teams would be able to read their gameplan.

A draw is a pretty good step for Leverkusen so that it still adds points, even if it's only one point, rather than losing and not giving any points. It's not usual for Dortmund to be in the top five of the standings, because usually they also compete for first place. Meanwhile, Stuttgart is a new team that has entered the top three.
