Yesterday I was watching a sports talkshow and one of the presenters said that for Xabi Alonso to be this good with his tactical approaches, he must have been learning everything about the  coaching job when he was still playing professional football and I totally agreed with the presenter's opinion because it's very rare to see a young manager with the same duration of managerial career like Xabi Alonso deliver incredible performances like he's done with Bayer Leverkusen since he took over the managerial position of the club but more precisely what he's achieved with the club so far this season. To think that Xabi Alonso is pushing Bayer Leverkusen with an average squad to the brim of winning the German Bundesliga when we have a team as strong as Bayern Munich in contention tells how good the young Spanish manager is.

It seems that he learned a lot from his experience as a professional player, especially since he was also part of a big team like Real Madrid for a long time, the instructions he got from the coach who was once a coach for him he learned and now he applies it to the team he handles. Xabi was a great football player. It looks like he'll be a great coach, too. The main thing he taught the players at Bayer Leverkusen is adherence to tactics. To me I feels like xavi Alonso to Liverpool is a match made in heaven, because statistically, Liverpool have always hired a manager that wouldn't put them under much pressure, since they are operating with a lower budget compared to the likes of Manchester City, Manchester united and Chelsea.
Secondly, Liverpool is a club he knows in and out, he knows what it entails to be a manager of Liverpool football club, so I believe that his acclimatization to the environment wouldn't be an issue if he is hired as the manager of Liverpool.

If Xavi Alonso stayed in Leverkusen for another season, it will be better for the team, he will keep the good work he started and make the team more stable than before, he will equally bring more competition to Bundesliga because other teams will learn from his ways of coaching and Bayern will be scared because they will no longer be the only team to keep winning the Bundesliga title.
If Alonso have to move, I will suggest he move to Liverpool to replace Klopp because Klopp has build a strong team that need an experience manager to keep their performance up in the Premier League.

It's sad that I haven't yet found a bookmaker offering a bet on where Xabi will be coach next year. I would bet that the odds for Leverkusen will be relatively high. And that's exactly what I would bet on at the moment. He has formed a great team in the last 1.5 years. And he is now reaping the rewards. He will be playing in the Champions League next season and the income will also allow him to make targeted new signs to improve the team further. So my tip is that he will stay with Leverkusen for at least another year.

If the scenario is that Xabi will leave next summer, his destination will be none other than Liverpool. apart from Don Carlo extending with Real Madrid, Alonso doesn't seem willing to directly handle a team as big as Real Madrid. at least, Liverpool is the ideal choice as you say. if he chooses Bayern, his experience cannot be tested in other competitions. moreover, at the Premier League level which has quite strong competitors. plus, Xabi's role will be really needed if Klopp ends his tenure with the Red this season. so, there is an opportunity for Xabi to expand his coaching activities. apart from that, it is rumored that Xabi has a contract where if he wants he is free to leave Leberkusen even though his contract is until 2026.

IMO, if in the end Xabi leaves and chooses Liverpool, he will have additional experience with other teams before handling Real Madrid. what is certain is that Xabi will be tested with different teams, players who have different characters, and how he handles every problem that occurs in the Red dressing room. In the second half, Bayern Munich's players performed well. The team did not play defensively like in the first half. Thomas Tuchel changed his match tactics and attacked a lot in the second half. Bayern Munich won narrowly 2-1 after a three-match losing streak.

Leipzig players played very well in this match. But Harry Kane saved the Bayern Munich team until the end. Kane scored both of Munich's goals and scored the second goal after 90 minutes in injury time.

I don't recognize Borussia Dortmundu in the Bundesliga anymore. They are in fourth place in the league this year. It is unacceptable that they lost 3-2 to Hoffenheim at home. Of course, it is possible to change Borussia Dortmund's coach. I think there are some important changes in the Bundesliga this year. The reason for this is Xabi and their amazing Leverkusen. How a talented squad can be inconsistent is incomprehensible. Bayern might be more consistent with some tactical tweaks and a new approach to their gameplay. They have Kane and squad depth; now they need a strategy sweet spot

Yes, it seems like it's between these two clubs and it's quite a tough choices for Xabi Alonso because after all both of these clubs are both big clubs Liverpool is a big club in the Premier League Bayern Munich is a big German club, it would be better if Xabi went to Liverpool so it could create competition in the Premier League it is getting more interesting between Liverpool and Manchester City in the fight for the title. After all the Premier League and the Bundesliga have different qualities in Bayern Munich it is the same as not having a challenge in a new league, while Xabi need experiences in various league to improved the quality of its performances and in my opinion Liverpool will offer him a large salary if he is willing to replaced Kloop.

Carlo Ancelotti stayed at Real Madrid for quite a long time so that Real Madrid still has time to selection several suitable coaches to replace Carlo Ancelotti in the futured. If Xabi achieves satisfactory result at every club he has worked at then he could be Real Madrid choice the future if the contract with Carlo Ancelotti has expired because after all Real Madrid needed a coach who has a lot of experiences and extraordinary abilities. Whereas Xabi cannot be said to have as much experiences as Carlo Ancelotti.

From the early days, this decision were looking not good, but now they realize and making more changes which essential but as we have end of this season if he is going to have something good from the Champions League then surely he deserves another season for the improvement and having better result in Bundesliga because he is not bad at all and have good experience and quality but sadly fail in this season which are not making things difficult for the management but still we have some time for him to bring changes if he can do.

Things are clearly going against him with most chances if he fails to bring any good success he will be going to lose his job with now too many options available for the Bayern Munich because we have too many coaches are leaving at the end of this season, and they can bring any quality coach for the next season with they need to win trophies as they have all sources for this as well.
