2016, The Year of Bitcoin?

Well, so far 2016 has been an up and down for btc, but mostly up, that's for sure. I think this is not "the year", anyway. Even better is possible in the future.

Bitcoin has a patern depends on the year try to research for it and you will see what i am talking about i think there really a patern that bitcoin will be really go up and it will never be down i think and this is my prediction base on the price last two years.

If that is so then I can say that you can be a good analyst as you have noticed the ups and down of bitcoins and when it happened.  I salute you for being a good observant.  Though I am not convinced on what you said because I do not think there was a pattern for the performance of bitcoin price.  If ever that you are correct then you are the one we must look for, for bitcoin prediction

Price almost doubled this year in compare to the last year but that was due to halving taking place in this year,  and price may go higher in next year too but I don't think it will be double then current price.

I don't think that this year was too bad for bitcoins, we saw massive growth in the price of bitcoin in this year and at a moment also we are sitting on descent level so I think this year has been good for bitcoins.

Yes and I think this is a descent price to hold as everyone was expecting that price will go below $500 after the halving but fortunately it didn't happen and even it recovered good after the bitfinex hack.

It's all personal. Those who made themselves a more than decent profit at the peak in June, consider 2016 to be their year. Those who haven't been able to make profits a lot this year, will most likely focus on 2017. Either way, it's all price related. There are not many people looking at the tech behind Bitcoin and say that because of that, it is the year of Bitcoin.

The halving event seemed to bring some much needed stability into the market, we had a little pump before the event but now it has settled down.

We already experience good thing about bitcoin since before halving the price of bitcoin is is 400 value i think or 500 value until we reach the time before block halving we experience that the price hit 700 value and i think the price will increase again back in 600 value this coming end of the month or next month..

The halving event seemed to bring some much needed stability into the market, we had a little pump before the event but now it has settled down.

I also think the current stability is a more than welcome thing. But not many people seem to agree on that unfortunately. When the price is volatile, people want stability, and right now we have stability, people want volatility again. They never seem to get happy.
