Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today?

Buying as much as Bitcoin at current price  is long term investment. Buy and then just forget you have them. Lol. I mean after buying coins, just hold them until the price is is above 500+, 1000+ is even better.
Does it have risk? Of course! every investment has its risk, it doesn't matter whether you invest your money on Bitcoin or other currencies, there's still risk. It can't be 100% safe.

Every investment involves certain level of risk, as we are not aware how it will perform in future or how long it will survive and same thing goes with bitcoin too, Invest that you can afford to loose.

Of course, before we invest we need to study the risk, investment is very risky but we all know that high risk if successful means a high reward. With the way bitcoin behave nowadays we can see a good future and investing in it will give us a high return in the future.

What the future holds for BTC is quite uncertain, therefore we should all manage our expectations and always have a plan to buy and sell when necessary. We are not really sure if BTC price will rise in the future or some catastrophic news brings it down to record lows. I will only put in BTC what I can afford to lose and be happy with whatever gains I may have in the future.

For more profits, yes you should buy and invest more. More capital , big earnings. But of course just focus on this investment as you know price fluctuations in bitcoin is really unexpected so most of the time you must check the market price.
