Cavs beat the Nets again. I feel like I missed some good value bet there. Harden doesnt seem to be in prime shape and KD out of the game. Should have take the risk. Over 3x on Cavs there. 

I don't think many people predicted that would happen.  It shows the problem with relying on talent over team chemistry though.  I'm sure they'll get better as the year goes on, but I'd be real surprised if they were able to win it all in their first year.  Reminds me of the Miami Heat when LeBron joined.  It took over a year before they were playing at a championship level.

I mean, Cavs literally just beat Nets couple of days ago. It did go into overtime but in that game, they had Durant who didnt play today. Games arent that straight forward anyways, but Nets arent a settled team at the moment. So, yeah.. Cavs had a fair shot for 3.2x odds

Lakers won this game, final score 113-106. Lebron played very well here with 34 points and 6-10 3 point shooing. Giannis did really struggle, the kind of defense the Lakers put in him was so effective, and this is how other teams are beating Gainnis in the playoffs. I think most of the bettors here bet on the Lakers, I saw in the betting thread, most of the picks are on the Lakers.

This game was an easy game for the Lakers especially at the 4th quarter where they already control the game because the Bucks has no other option to defence the Lakers of their unstoppable offence and yeah, you're right about the Bucks offence today, it kinda sucks. They should fix it or else their playoffs will be the same as last year's. Lakers need to continue this kind of play, especially with the team that has a chance to beat them. Now they got the best record in the NBA I'm sure they gonna hold that position after some more games.

Bucks are seen as finalists for the past 2 years, and now this year makes it third but I feel like they are still not there. Coach Bud is great and all but he has to learn how to play his stars 40+ minutes on important games, that is not really a horrible thing to do.

I get that Coach Bud comes from being under Pop's wings, and Pop usually rested Timmy, Manu and Tony many many times, and he tried to play these players as low minutes as possible, as long as it was possible to go to playoffs being super high wasn't really that important for Pop, hell Spurs was an awesome team until very very recently on 2016 when Warriors broke 73 game streak they had like 64-65 wins as well. However that is spurs, Coach Bud needs to realize Bucks is not like that, you have to play Giannis and Kris 40+ minutes a game on those very important games such as lakers. If you just let the gas go, Lakers will take over and destroy you.

Brooklyn lost their depth when they traded away Jarett Allen and Taurean Prince. I think they knew that, but for the sake of acquiring James Harden, they did.
Yes, Brooklyn got a lot of offensive fire power, but they really really lack on defensive effort, literally they doesn't play defense. Kyrie and Harden are too lazy on the defensive end, including DeAndre Jordan, the Cavs easily dominated the paint.

With kyries attitude? I doubt he will adjust on the line up since he always want to be the first option in terms of scoring so it's hard for both 3 stars to facilitate theirselves when they are together so best to trade him since we already see the combination of harden - durant without kyrie they won the 2 games and with kyrie they lost 2 games with many turnovers acquired. So I think this is enough already and they should try to acquire a defensive guy to fill the gap on their team.

Harden and Irving are not really known for his defense but Jordan, I think he is a good defensive player, maybe he was just owned by Andre Drummond. Also if you look at his numbers, you'll be disappointed as his stats is dropping.

Harden had a triple double in his first game so we thought he is really a real deal but things change when Irving came back. I think eventually they'll developed that great chemistry but I hope the coaching stuff will not only focus on developing the chemistry of the big 3 but the entire team most importantly.

look at the other guys in the roster, they are not effective anymore. One good example is Shamet, this guy is a shooter but in the game against the Cavaliers, he was scoreless with 0-5 beyond the arc, that's not him, maybe the rotation is not good so he has not adjusted from it.

I have the same question in my mind.
Is the management now regretting the decision they made for trading Allen and LeVert?
Or, will they put all the blame on Coach Nash just like what other management does.
2 losing streak against the same team is not a good sign.
I hope they have a back-up plan for this.

But after all of that, they are still the 2nd favorite.

Cavs are very strong on centers and PF. Nets are very weak on those positions. So they totally unfavorable opponent. 
I also expect Cavs to try to unload some of their tall players and trade them for some picks or whatever they need.

I would say if there was a way to trade Kyrie which I doubt that other teams would want him, obviously he is a great player when he plays and wants to contribute but when he doesn't want to dude is just a flat earth I am at home not coming to game type of guy so it could be hard to trade him. However if they really want to trade him, wouldn't it be shocking if they traded him for westbrook?

I mean wizards got westbrook just recently and gave John Wall for him, which is not really a nice move by Wizards since Wall gave his all since he was drafted and suddenly was gone, but let's assume they just gave Westbrook away, that would require Deandre Jordan to leave too I guess to cover the difference, but if teams could somehow agree to it, with some picks and all switching hands, I would say that would be hilarious. Nets having westbrook+harden+durant together. It is not impossible, it could totally happen "if" teams want to, mathematically and cap reasons, it could happen.
