ESPN has said they are predicting the Milwaukee Bucks to win 48.5 games next year. What do people think about that? Personally, I think they win at least 50 games next year and maybe even 60. They have Giannis, they have Dame, they have good defenders in Lopez, Portis, Crowder, they still have a 3rd shooter in Middleton. How can this type of roster win only 49 games. Are they saying that they will only get to at least the 4th-8th spot in the East?

They've been the top team multiple times in a few years, and for me, they just got better offensively with the acquisition of Dame. Yes they lost an all-around player in Jrue, but having a sharpshooter in Dame can give headaches to other teams. He extends the defense of their opponent's teams because of his efficiency in three-point shooting, and because of this, Giannis will experience double teams lesser times than the usual, and we know how he bullies his defenders inside the paint right.

If there's one thing that makes this prediction realistic, that's injuries. If Lillard "AND" Giannis unfortunately gets injured, and no one can step up, that I will agree to ESPN's prediction, but aside from that, I agree with what you said that they might get close to 60 wins or even higher.

For sure this is already settled and is currently underway this season, and it is Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo is the favorite right now this season, and sure the Milwaukee Bucks still have Khris Middleton, Brook Lopez, and Jrue Holiday on the team for sure this will become a pretty much super team if Giannis Antetokounmpo becomes healthy in this season then they may become champion this season,

I watched the game and it was really surprising from a 20 points lead of China to the Philippines going crazy actually Justin Brownlee went Berserk in that game they managed to make a comeback with that game and with the Jordan game for sure this is the Final task so the Gilas players were really excited in getting this game a win so for sure they surely goes all out against Jordan for sure they ally outdid this one and getting a great lead for sure that they gotten a win over Jordan for sure it was an epic comeback for the Philippines getting the Gold this time, for the Asian Games,

With the teams in the east yeah I can't see a world where the Bucks don't hit 50 wins.  Just too much talent not to.  Might be some rust to start the season but once those 2 get rolling, they will most likely be favorites in every game.  Just want the season to start gonna be a fun year.

Yeah that's a number that is more accurate.
48,5 seemed awfully low in my opinion.
Considering that load management is not allowed anymore and you basically have to play your best players, unless they are hurt of course, I think higher win % of top teams are a given with the new rule.

49 or more wins in the upcoming regular season will likely be an easily attainable goal for the Bucks. Of course, injuries are something that can ruin any team's plans. However, I think the probability of Lillard and Giannis getting injured at the same time is extremely low because both are not as injury-prone as Anthony Davis, for example.

Ya, I think everyone is surprised by the prediction of ESPN, maybe they really underestimated the tandem of Giannis and Lillard to bring the team on the top of the Eastern Conference. I think Dame understand his role with the Bucks, Giannis is stil the alpha and the franchise player but Dame is going to support him in the offensive load and I think even if the Bucks losses Jrue, they got one of the most explosive offensive player in the NBA. And I do agree that 54.5 is a good starting line for the Bucks and win more than that and then capture the Eastern Conference top spot again. That's an odd odd knowing that they've been like a favorite team this time with all the transfer that has happened.

And Klay said that he is on the San Quentin side here is really genius in his side. I mean he really give this individual at least some light and hope and maybe they could be motivated by seeing someone as big as Klay siding on them in a basketball game.

This wouldn't have been possible if security wasn't guaranteed. These people are NBA players, so they're quite well-known. I must say, it's a commendable initiative by the Golden State Warriors. They're spreading some positivity in a place where people are often despised due to their crimes.

It is a sense of humanity. Hats off to the entire Team. I really, really respect things like that. Jail is risky but it's not a bad thing. There are many people who regret their actions while in prison and talking about the Warriors, this is truly a commendable thing. So if they win the first challenge and are rewarded with one more, the second challenge will consume a timeout, successful or unsuccessful.
That's more like it. There is still a risk factor at the second challenge especially if it's a crucial game where timeouts are important like last-minute close games. I have my doubts though, referees might try to force it as "unsuccessful" so that the next challenge won't be rewarded.

However, I want to see more about how the officials will call the flopping penalty. I've seen one during the Summer League but I want to see more in the season. They got used to just ignoring those flops, I hope they can implement the rule now and with consistency. Because the other rule about the offensive player creating contact intentionally is still happening which should've been an offensive foul.

The flopping penalty will be assessed by game officials when they perceive a physical act intended to cause a foul on another player. The offending player will be charged with a non-unsportsmanlike technical foul — which means it will not count toward an ejection — and the opposing team will be awarded one free throw. Any player in the game can be designated by his coach to shoot the free throw.

Referees can call the “flop” during live play or at the next neutral opportunity to assess the penalty. It is possible that a foul and a flopping violation could be called on the same play. The rule has been adopted on a one-year trial basis.

Now that is the more challenging odds. And even at 54.5, it is still a favorite that the Bucks will hit that number. Hitting 60 wins might be hard but it is not out of the equation. Maybe ESPN just wanted a safer number but it is indeed too conservative. 

The Bucks' main rival in the East would be Boston. It'll be like 50/50 although there might be other teams that will surprise us. The Miami Heat seem undercrewed most of the time but it is always a dark horse over the years. Young New York and Cleveland earned decent experiences last season and they are also coming this season stronger and with experience.

I really dont see so much value on that bet, is a very late bet, for only a 1.88 odd. SO much things can go wrong, and 55 games is a lot to win, if you see for example the top 1 in east (miami heat) won only 53 games on 21/22 season.

For sure in the following game the Phoenix Sun VS Denver Nuggets they will not show their jack-of-all-trades game in the preseason they are mostly just playing this out and sure most teams are not serious in this game but it is a great shot in watching it because it will still be entertaining for sure,
