I like to see how Klay taking over he's finding his rhythm again and with that confidence he really helping the team, together with Kyrie they've got a good streaks but you are right they need AD to have that impact inside hopefully he'll be back and more healthy to help his new team, they've got a good chance of all of them will play as it is with a healthier physical and mental condition..

Yeah right, He is now starting to become more reliable again since he can shoot already on crucial times when 3 points is badly needed. I’m not expecting him to play an average above 20+ points per game due to all the injury that he have but his crucial 3 points will always give Mavs an advantage on their close games.

Together with Kyrie and other young talent, Mavs is a beast if they will complete their roster on the playoffs.

I’m just skeptical if they can avoid injury issue later on since most of their roster now is injury prone. 

No good team these days is free from injuries, even the Warriors with Curry and the Lakers with Luka are injury prone. But the good news for Dallas is that they have a deep roster, so hopefully that will help. Kyrie is now healthy, and we’re seeing him play like his old self; he’ll be even more dangerous when the playoffs come around. Just imagine if Lively, Gafford, and Davis all center, their interior will be incredibly strong.

I think this is the main reason why Mavs has the confidence to trade Luca given that they can’t control him already. It’s just concerning to see that Mavs has a lot of frequent injury prone players from their starter compared to other team now that they have Davis which spend most of his season injured.

Yeah that's the only issue there since it seems they really have problem related to that matter. If it happens that all of them are healthy then the current Mavs roster they have is already a championship contender.

Nice to see that now with Shaquille O’Neal being inked to a contract with the TNT crew they will be sticking together no matter what else happens. I’m glad. Ernie Johnson is a legend and that’s the best sports show on TV. Allowing them to break up over parent company issues would have been a shame. Glad it didn’t happen.

Yeah, the best after and halftime show for the NBA. I mean even if some company will put their show down, NBA should at least do something to keep it. It gains a lot of audience because of their amazing analysis of the game and then there's the funny side of the show too which makes it more entertaining. Other shows that do that are too boring and all they do is either shout or criticize the players which sometimes is not a good thing anymore.

The Dallas Mavericks won against the Miami Heat. Take note of this, NO AD, No Klay, No Lively, well, most of their key players aren't there but they're able to do it. This is just one game though but I think that they're putting the best with the players that they have and able to play for them. I also think this is the first time that I've seen they have the first five without a superstar or this is the next generation of their superstars including Christie.

I'll say Dallas is just lucky in that game. But we can't underestimate their players because they also have some great talent. We often see them in the absence of their star players. We see their aggressive attacks on Miami and get a close score from the first to the third quarter. I'm not sure what happened to Miami in the 4th quarter, giving way to Dallas to score 4 points and win. Well, this is something we say that not all the time favorite teams win.

They might be lucky but they have some star in the making in the form of Max. They've probably won the trade with that and everyone just have to move on with Luka being out of the team. As of the moment, the team is currently at the top 8 rankings based on the standings that they have and I think that's just fine. Looking at their previous matches, it seems that they're able to make it close to the lead of the teams that have won against them. They're consistent.

Regarding the injury, it's definitely a big issue, but they've still been winning some games. I think they're safe to be in the playoffs, or at least in the play-in. Once the bigs come back, they're expected to win more games and secure a safer spot in the rankings.

As for fans feeling disconnected from the office, I think that's pretty normal. Over time, as they see the Mavericks improve with Davis in the lineup the mood should lift. So now,  it's a huge challenge for the team to perform better than last season to satisfy the fans and to justify their decision of trading Luka.

Well deserved. Shaq is a charismatic guy, and it has always been fun to watch the show with their quartet. It's noteworthy that this salary is much higher than Shaq got in his last season in the NBA. And what's more, most current NBA players make significantly less than that, considering the median salary in the NBA is only $5 million.

Maybe it was not really their plan all along when they acquire Kyrie before. But as their relationship with Luka deteriorated, this could be the idea that Nico has in mind.  That he can still build his team around Kyrie and then they have Klay as well. So adding AD will not change the team and maybe change for the better.

Unfortunately, they have a lot of injured players though, including AD, so the plan might not go into full swing for now as the missing pieces is not there. Although they are deep and can still win games, but maybe against a top tier team, it might be a different story.

I watched the Rising Stars matches at night but I didn't enjoy it. As if it wasn't short enough that the first two games ended in 40 points, the final game ended in only 25 points. It should have been a longer event.
It wouldn't have been good for the image of the NBA if the G League team had won the final as well.
I don't like the new format. I prefer the classic 48 minutes of Rookie vs. Sophomore match. It would be best if the players also take the court in their team's jersey.

With their current roster they have they can now focus to make their offense fast by help of Kyrie and we can see that he's contributing big points for their team and so far they are winning in their games.

What Mavs really need is to make sure that they are healthy since even if Luka is out on their team they can still be considered as title contender team especially if AD would be more available on their roster. Lets see what's coming around with them and how Mavs could adjust and create good system for their team. Also for sure fans are curious to know if they can able to reach what they achieve last season.

How about Kawhi 25 points in a season-high 34 minutes against the Grizzlies. It seems that they are now integrating Leonard in the second half of the season and hopefully he will be heathy as well.

The Warriors are looking very good though with Butler and it seems that everyone is clicking with him in the Warriors uniform. But I think something is still missing with them though, the rotation in the middle, they need a solid player to be their center, and I do not think that Post to be that guy for the Warriors. It looks like Trayce Jackson-Davis is injured if I'm not mistaken, or maybe out of the rotation as Kerr is experimenting on Post here.

Kawhi is a straight question mark.  Dude is great when healthy but he is bound to just get hurt again.  Dudes body just cant hold up.  So now that the all star game is here what foes everyone think about this 4 team first team to 40 type contest.  I think i like it a lot better than the straight up east vs west game where no defense was played.  I think things will get more competitive.  Excited to see tomorrow and how this new format goes.

lol man, ya'll see Shaq in their last time doing their show on TNT?  Dropping F bombs, not giving a f..that show is truly unlike nothing else ,ever.  The only other basketball show in my lifetime that even came close, and you gotta be oldish is Ahmad Rashad Inside the NBA..that show was pretty fn epic too, at least for it's time.  I got really scared though and thought that their show was being cancelled period..thank god it's not.

CP3 and Wemby were exploiting a loophole in the rules, disqualifying them was ridiculous. If you're thinking about the game, you should have set the rules properly from the start.

Buddy Hield was great in the first round but started the final very poorly. Still, he almost won with the last money ball rack, he missed only one there. Tyler Herro deserved to win, but overall the scores were low. Usually, the winner would score over 25 last couple of years.

In the dunk contest, Buzelis and Jackson Jr. were like figurants. Wish better players had participated. The battle between Castle and McClung was exciting. Castle might have won in an ordinary tournament, but against McClung no one really stood a chance. He made four incredible dunks and won for the third time. Maybe Ja Morant will join next year instead of just tweeting.
