Bitvest is one of the longest signature campaign running here in the forum and one of the gambling sites that I know was reputable but this past few weeks or months it looks like many people are complaining at first I thought it was just a minor issue, yes it is a minor issue but if many people are complaining I think it can be a bigger issue. I hope they would be able to resolve or make changes regarding this minor reports.

Seems to me that lightlord doesn't want to delegate the task to his workers on this one so it's slow moving and they're definitely going to be slow because lightlord afaik is still having some health issues to he has to tend to that before doing anything else, I think that what he did is the right thing but he has to balance out the fact that some people are impatient or have been waiting for far too long.

That could be the reason but it looks like lightlord is still doing what he can to resolve things and we can understand also that some people really are impatient especially during withdrawals I hope he'd get better soon and be able to handle things the way it looks before this is just one of the downs of the project but I'm sure that lighlord and Bitvest can get through this.

I think all of us on this forum already know that the site is experiencing delays in providing the latest updates, especially since Ligthlord is having a bit of a problem. However, we don't know what the exact problem is. So hopefully, those people can be more patient to wait until one of their team can answer even though it will be a long wait. But people should already know about this matter and they shouldn't be playing on that site for a while until things become clear.

Not addressing big issues is a bad mistake if you're following what's going on before Lightlord stop posting for many months because of his health issues there's a lot of concern if the two casinos he's managing can keep plus we have hot wallet issues, there's a lot question now because we all thought it's already fixed because he already announced that they will take care of it now another similar issue pop in and there's more concern, although the issue is already settle what's the guaranty that it will not happen again.

I do not know if it is his first week, however I have been here since 2013 and I can tell you that Lightlord type of deal never happened, why? Because, we are talking about a situation where we know the guy is great, we know he won't scam us, we know that they are fair and legit.

When you have something like that, it is quite hard to actually figure out something to do, we are talking about something that is not straight up bad situation. He may get sick again, or go somewhere without internet connection, or even die and we would never really understand what would happen in that case, like just forget about our money? Isn't that sort of like scam as well? I mean yeah it is not stealing your money and the money is just in the accounts untouched by anyone in that case but still, if his death causes us to lose all of our money that is different.

Yes, It is important for the casino to stay in touch with the community so that its reputation can be maintained. not smoothly. Since yesterday, bitvest has been blocked by providers in russia, you can't access the site, use faucet, and so on. Since yesterday, I have been waiting for a response to the ticket, but unfortunately silence ;/ Zodiac or whoever is responsible for this, if you see this, please help restore access to the site for us!
