I think they just left this thread hanging maybe they already find good community on their own platform knowing that they already done a long time marketing campaign on their casino. Maybe they are been settled so as long as no costumers complaining about any issues anymore here well maybe we can assume that everything is fine even though they are not updating this thread.

The casino is one of the oldest casinos around here and hasn't run one of the longest promotions on this forum, the casino feels there have already built all the publicity they're needed to operate and functional casinos. But to me, I think their presence is still needed on this thread if not for anything but to collect feedback from the community.

Even with a single super agent there was never a delay in tickets I've heard if the ticket is valid. Unless it is something that requires thorough investigation, there should be no delay. For other inquiries you could inquire with the moderators in the general chat.

It was a bit slow. And it has been accused several times. Looks like they've solved this problem now. They may have hired more employees. And they provably trying to get this done quickly. This is a good thing that they are able to solve their problems quickly.

I don't think they've hired more employees just to answer tickets. This has been Zodiac's obligation and surely he would not have given up his obligation to other people. Again if the problem is valid to be a ticket, there should be no problem or delay unless the problem needs further research which takes some time.,

There haven't been any complaints for bitvest or 777coin in recent times (except one or two I found in this thread). The situation seems back to normal and those who want to play bitvest can go and play there safely as its one of the best oldest gambling site.

Lightlord is not active but as a gambler, it should not matter to us if the site is running smoothly.

I have to say that it is not a must for them to be around, but it surely is a great thing and I have to say that it is not a bad thing if we could see them here. That their not present in the forum does not mean, they are not around as long as the Bitvest site remains active, but another thing is that maintaining a good contact in this place will go a long way in resolving some issues that members of this forum may have with the site.

Yeah , I believe that LL is still active but not entering or posting  because we can see His account getting online at least once a week or even more , and maybe that is his way in checking the forum and also this thread if there are some things that need attention and need to be settled.

We cant tell on whats the real situation on real life with lightlord but keep in silence if ever this was intentional and just observing on whats happening on the thread then i dont think that it is really something good

for the business since not all people would really be impressed on something that they dont really able to see some interaction whether from the staff or the owner itself in regarding on the platform.

They surely follow this thread and only check if there are complaints that they have to solve. But if it remains to be a thread of discussions all about the casino, there's no need for them to be active and join unless it's very much needed.
This is part of their platform and to see that some complainants are posting in here, they probably really are checking the thread out for them to solve any problem a customer of theirs dealing with.

well we cannot push them to b around and answer us , as long as they believe that all the issue has been settled and answered directly to the concern account (Either funds or other issues)

But  it is still best for The team to go here and address each problem that they are facing because this will bring good reason for other gamblers that steps here to trust them back as they are starting to lose trust nowadays.

We can only hope that he will recover and be able to contact his team again to ask him to work together as before and get his two sites active again. Let's see how this issue will be handled by Bidvest, this seems to be the first case that will be reported here. Even though lightlord will not respond here I believe their support team will handle the issue, and hope you will come back here to update the community how the outcome of the investigation and resolution of the case.

I believe that it may not be as bad as we imagine. I mean after all, are they even interested in keeping the website going at this point? If they were interested in keeping the website going on then it would have been awesome and they could keep this topic open as well and that would have been awesome. This means that if we could end up with something like some interest from the owner LightLord then we would be doing fine.

However, since he doesn't care anymore at all. He could have like "submit a ticket" on the website, and have zero contact with customers ever again, and this way it will get smaller and smaller and smaller and end eventually which seems like what they want.
