Update - I have received all the funds - withdrawal went through.

I usually wouldn't make so much noise but it was a lot of Bitcoin.

Hopefully, they can speed up the process in the future but I suspect it was a large amount that usually doesn't happen much.

If it's a big amount it's ok not to be ok you should get your withdrawal based on the time they set that you should receive it,  if we have not known that there was an issue like this in the past like the hot wallet not getting refilled we will think that Bitvest is turning to scam but still give them a chance at least for another 2 days but keep getting in touch on their support, btw can you tell us the amount and of course you can prefer not to tell us, but in case you've waited long enough you can create a thread in the scam section to get their attention, be sure to follow the right format and include all your pieces of evidence.

I think bitvest don't give an exact time for their withdrawals because they know that it can be delayed and doing so will only make their costumer more angry towards them.

If some don't know this issue or shall I say don't like to read feedback before they play then they can easily end up on a sticky situation like this but for those are a previous player of this site and bitvest have done great things to their life then maybe they won't bother about this known issue but will continue playing there. The guy can pm the amount in private if he is too shy about it but it doesn't matter. Small or big amount, it was still a money and must be paid.

Usually not for a whole week, and I do not think that any website with nearly 5 months break from the owner and never heard from the website could end up surviving that easily neither, it is clear that there is a problem and the lack of communication made it worse.

If I had this problem for a week from another website I would still be scared, but I wouldn't consider it fully gone, I would consider it something like sort of gone but still could recover from there. But here? Since we saw like maybe 10 texts at best for the past 1 year from LL, maybe less, then it means that we are not going to end up with something great and that feels a lot riskier.

Exactly most time when the term soon is used in the cryptocurrency community it may sometimes takes forever for the soon to happen, and since there have been a lot of issues that surround the running of the campaign previously, we will need some form of commitment from the team before we can take the word for it and if care is not taken this may be the last time we will hear something about the campaign again for a long time to come.

We do really have our own will on which site we would really be playing and that would really be basing up with our own interest.For Bitvest, then we do know on what reputation it does have and the recent issues

that it has when its owner isnt really giving out any responses for a long period of time and now he had said about relaunching the campaign which does indicate that they are going back into the business.

Dont know if they do have plans on having some upgrades or add ups on the current offering that they do have or having enhancement to compete with the current competition out of today.

I have this feeling after he posts about relaunching his campaign he will not post again for the next two or more months or he will just if there are issues that need to be addressed, it happens before then he is off for another forum vacation, he just did it so we can bump this thread and hope that he does continue with the signature relaunch, there's really nothing new on Lightlord, he is known to take a lot of time when updating on something I'm not hoping but if it happens then its good.

In my own observation lightlord will visit here again like what he said few days ago which is he relaunch the signature campaign of bitvest the for sure before he do that he must fix what is needed to be fix in order to gain trust again in the future, light lord is around so let's wait for the further notice by him maybe he is busy right now it else what ever he do right now is of the own sake of his casino we don't know the exact as he is not telling us.

Good to hear it although you have to wait for over than a week due to the big amount of your withdrawal.
Anyway, since you are an old player as well as investor, I still think that you have waited it too long.
Bitvest needs to serve you and other loyal players as well as investors better and faster.
Checking or validating withdrawal can be done faster IMO because Bitvest do it themselves unlike casinos with 3rd party providers where most cases need to be communicated between the casino and provider.

Bitvest and 777 is both almost dead casino by having few bets only compared before. There’s already lack of interest on this kind of game since its already widely available on all crypto casino that offers a lot more games than here. Launching a signature campaign for a dead casino is just a waste of money for him because it doesn’t guarantee boost to his casino players activity. I believe he needs to do upgrade and possibly a rebrand if he wants to get back again on business. His current reputation status is a clear sign that he is not interested to relaunch again because he is not dealing on all the complaints against him despite that he is active on forum from time to time.
