I don't think that somebody who owns this cashino platform which I believe that is the oldest casino platform in this forum he still wants to continue the signature campaign on this phone because since it had issue with some people that is not a massive pad or massive negative tag

For this long, BITVEST and it sister casino have been active in solving player problems and also responding to enquiries and tickets as their raised through the appropriate channel and thos is somehow commendable on the part of the admin and the operational team of this casino.
I have a couple of experiences on this site and to a great extent,  I haven't regretted it yet even though I only wagered little amount.

But all the same, there will gain more confidence from this community, if they have an active representative here in the forum.

Well, you were not wrong. Not sure if it was LL himself or some other customer service staff, but they responded within few hours. That restored some confidence.
They also confirmed that do not provide support in this thread. I guess I might just paste their response here:

Basically it is about bitcointalk not being too kind for them anymore, so they probably left, or at least not care about here as much as they used to, and they just focus on the website itself. In a day and age, where other casinos are spending over ten million dollars a year, even as much as 50 million total, I would say that bitvest doesn't really have a bright future. I can understand that. This forum can be pretty toxic sometimes. Just looking at the recent posts, it's mostly people (myself somewhat included), who don't even play or invest there, just bashing the site and admin for multiple things, including not providing customer support, which turned out to be not true.

And why would they need an official representative if we keep bumping this thread, and keeping it on the top, absolutely for free  

In a day and age, where other casinos are spending over ten million dollars a year, even as much as 50 million total, I would say that bitvest doesn't really have a bright future. Not because it is bad or anything, they are legit, but look at the companies they are competing with, it's really not that easy.

They won't be able to compete with the top casinos in terms of revenue or number of active players, that's for sure. At the same time, they occupy a nice, little niche of anonymous gambling, powered only by crypto, with no blocking by country or KYC requirements, and offer the option to invest in the bankroll. There will always be people attracted to that, and that's something the top sites are unable to offer.
As long as they don't pull any scams, are active in solving any issues and are not dependant on only one person - there's a future for BitVest.

That's good to hear. Basically, the issue before was just about the hot wallet not being filled but then it was solved. Well then, wishing that this type of service will continue as they're one of the oldest casinos out there that still operates.

Actually, the campaign talk should already be done and be refrained for the topic as this is mainly all about the casino per se. I don't think that there's a need to rebuild it if it's already working and operating well for them.

Maybe what he wanted to say about rebuilding is re construction as the site is fading now (or at least in our Forum) restructuring their name and appeal here in Bitcointalk may require time and effort again but this will also extend their popularity like what they have in the past in which nowadays? it has been lessen and starting to fade away.

Probably you request your withdrawal when the admin that processing withdrawal is already on vacation. I think Bitvest doesn’t have admin for withdrawal during weekends.

If your inquiry is more complex, you need assistance recovering an account, or for any other issues which require admin attention, please submit a ticket.

If the reputation is broken then nothing to came back since this is serious matter but in the case of bitvest or lightlord they can fix this up his problem here is all about the delay of campaign payments.
