If the block size is not increased soon, you will have to pay much higher fees to get your transaction confirmed. it won't be that drastic. what i have been seeing happen a lot lately, is that pools tend to give certain transactions a low priority even with 0.0001 btc as fee. where you normally see your transaction get included in the next block or the block after that. it now can take a block or 6 to see your transaction get included in a block. |

probably because when you get paid unlike a cheque it wont bounce as its irrevocable
LOL.. That may be reason for some people but to tell a fine answer from my side. It's because of instant way mode to transfer the money. And no need to check the cash or debit card details. No need to go to bank and no need to follow all norms of the bank. |

like credit card can't give such anonymous transaction whereas btc can give a safe transaction..
credit card info can be steal so they are too much risky nowadays..
in case of btc no hacks are possible as far i know..
and one more benefit that if you buy btc now then btc prices will be increased and ultimately your money will increase...
and in terms of btc you can trade with it anytime..

Lovely comment here. That is really true. The safe transactions, it is hackable but not that easy though. The true benefit is the price increase which you have said and I agree with that. When it rise you get more that your interest in banks. |

Yes, and with the existence of bitcoins I believe banking system is history now, atleast for the people who are into bitcoins, as we have our own bank and total control over our own money which was not the case when we were into banking system, so if people gets aware about the multiple benefits associated with bitcoins they would surely start using it. |

I would have to say bitcoin for customers is safer. It also puts us the consumers in charge of our own banks. As bitcoin expands we will see a transition from people using fiat to bitcoin. I rarely carry cash now as long as I have debit card or phone I can pay for things. Using bitcoin is no different.

Transaction fee is less than $0.1 on average. if the block size remain at 1MB, the transaction will be much higher. |

Is nice to have a stores that accept bitcoin, because bitcoin is the future.
I think when a lot of people will use bitcoin is going to happen this year than is a possible thing that bitcoin price will go higher and higher. For costumers will be so easy to pay it just win your phone and scan that is kinda easy.

Technically, not all credit card payments that are made are for free
For some payments you still have to pay a fee in some stores
I agree with most people here that the transaction time and fees are a lot lower
It's very easy to pay with bitcoin as well.

Yeah and bitcoin is offering us variety of feature which no other currency can offer, if bitcoin is promoted and introduced to people in positive way then there would surely increase in the customer base of bitcoins, as bitcoin can be used for online purchases and also for online transfers which is very cheap and instant. |
