I bougth 8256 PIVX on Bittrex today for long term.
Should have discovered it earlier but still good competitor for DASH.

Staking here...
But Since midnight last nite my wallet seem to be going crazy, many small transactions for minting...between 1.1 and .5 in size, and many "obfuscation denominate" transactions also.
It also seems, I have 0 active connections to the PIVX network noted by the red pin on bottom right of wallet, and my staking light is not green??
Wondering what is happening?
is this normal behaviour?

I think a lot of people have suffered from investing in this coin. People did not know the limit and bought very expensive. The same situation with Ripple and Stelar

I'm at block 660833 and still getting new blocks but the explorer is at 660916, who is on the correct fork ? I have 20 connections.
and if I'm on the wrong chain what do I do ? I just left my PC to stake when I came back I saw a lot of small staking rewards, half of them generated but not accepted and then I was behind by about 70blocks.

same here... There was a FORK? when did this happen? i am on block 660694 |

same here... There was a FORK? when did this happen? i am on block 660694 I fixed it with a simple resync, just rename your pivx folder in user\appdata\roaming and copy your wallet.dat and pivx.conf (if you had) back into the new folder that the client creates (pivx). After the sync I recommend backing up the whole pivx folder to have a backup of the chain in case this or anything else happens again and you don't want to wait hours till you sync the chain from the first block. |

You are probably on "a wrong chain". Happened to me a few weeks ago as well. The guys on pivx slack helped me solve this issue. Reinstalled from backup wallet, resynchronised block chain and everything was back to normal. |

It was risky decision but happily it worked well for me by going for Pivx yesterday at 40k satoshi. It was because of the potential of the token but being with 50% profit in less than 24 hours. I just sold my initial investment and will hold for long what came as reward for taking risk and stress yesterday. Basic rule pf trading buy always when markets are under element of fear.

how much pivx coin do i need to have a masternode? how much the ROI per masternode? i got in pivx at 1.41 and saw it tumble to 88cents, back up back down back up back down back up.. does not matter. im in for long term. i just want to lock my coins in masternodes so that im not tempted to sell.. if i did that with dash i would have 10 masternodes now and 1million dollar +.. stupid decision is not to be repeated

PIVX made very solid comeback from yesterday price this is nice recovery now feeling so good to pick at cheap price. It's improved version of DASH and still price is very low it seems it will get new ATH very soon there.
