So finally decided to purchase a bitcoin! Decided to go with Bitinstant cash payment so I could have it within an hour or whatever. That was yesterday at 1:30 p.m. Moneygram tells me that it's a problem with zipzap and zipzap tells me it's a problem with moneygram. I know you guys just get payment from zipzap and deposit my bitcoin but any help would be awesome as this is a crappy first bitcoin purchasing experience.

Hi.  I have used your service several times but after making my payment yesterday.  3/14/2013.  My funds still have not showed up on Bitstamp.

Normally deposits have been instant but this one has been over 27 hours and still no funds.  My account number was correct and I got confirmation from ZipZap.

Any help?

Same thing happened to me today. Did you get an email from BitInstant telling you to add the funds with a Mt. Gox Code? I did, but there is no code!

Is it not possible to transfer gox coupon to BTC-E?   The option seems to be present on the BTC-E site when you select Deposit USD, but there's nothing on the bitinstant site...

I have USD in Gox (well, now it's a bitinstant coupon) that's in limbo now...

I read somewhere that bitinstant is not in fact instant, (specifically dwolla charges) that it can take a day or two . is that true?

I have USD in Gox (well, now it's a bitinstant coupon) that's in limbo now...

Did you actually receive a code, I got an email saying go to Mt. Gox, select add funds, etc., and then to enter a code.

The problem is there was no code in the email! It just says "GoxCoupon: {u'error': u'Must be logged in'}"

Zip Zap confirmed with an email, the new "check status" feature on BitInstant shows the order as complete.

I'm hoping someone from BitInstant will see this and help me.

So I deposited my cash to money gram > zip zap, and bitinstant sent me a confirmation email with my goxcoupon.

The only problem was, that instead of providing me the goxcoupon, it simply said "GoxCoupon: {u'error': u'Must be logged in'}"

I have sent a couple messeges to both mtgox and bitinstant support, but haven't herd back, maybe someone can help me out on here since i dont know where else to go..

Hi,

I have a bit instant issue I'd like support for-

I did moneygram > bitinstant > blockchain wallet and used the form directly from the blockchain website.  The total amt to be paid was for 323.95 for 6.45xxx bit coins. However, bitinstant only sent $118.72/2.508 bit coins.  Why? How can this be corrected?  I have all receipts, transactions numbers, etc.

Same problem with me too! Support team please help me out, under the GoxCoupon field on my bitinstant e-mail it reads "GoxCoupon: {u'error': u'Must be logged in'}". Can you provide me with the correct redeem code? or direct deposit the money?

I like BitInstant and have used them a few times with no problems. I don't mind paying a little extra for a fast BTC return. However, I am now at the 72+ hour mark waiting for the funds to transfer into my MtGox account. Rachel, w/ BitInstant, replied Friday morning with this message:

 "I apologize for the issue. We had a delay with one of our exchanges that caused some of our orders to get ‘stuck’ in our system. I've forwarded your order information over to our Technical Support department and they are working on directing your funds to your account. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

I have sent money via btc-e coupon to bitinstant.The page says order completed but I can not see the money in my account.I have sent 2 support requests but since I did not receive any kind of feedback I was not sure if you had seen the request so  I decided to write here too.

I've exhausted all means of communication with BitInstant in the past 48 hours. I used all public emails, site form. No reply.
3 days ago I used BitInstant site to deposit MtGox coupon code to BTC-e account. Gox coupon was deposited at BitInstant account and I get "Order execution failed!".

3 days left, no money, no reply. Is it normal for BitInstant?
