I'm having the same problem!
Order ID   471aeba3-8b09-4437-8bf4-17558d836147
Quote ID   db699ab9-72c0-492e-a214-be7ff8f34478
Event ID   c4760a00-ecb3-4fb0-91e1-ca4f201c2718

Log shows "MTGox Connection Error", then "Bitstamp coupon deposited at BitInstant account", then "Bitstamp coupon failed".
I found my bitstamp coupon is no longer valid. Obviously bitinstant redeemed it, but the order just gets stuck there.
I don't know I'd rather call it a poor system, or a sophisticated scammer.

Why you ignoring all my problems with bitinstant ? support is useless , been waiting 4 days and now again
[/quote]

I have the same problem except support have told me my voucher is invalid! It's invalid because they've already redeemed it!

72hrs now, no contact, no pm reply, nada!

Sincerely ,
Long time customer -- that will not be using this service again. Will open thread if this isn't resolved in the next 24hrs. It's simply not good enough.

If you have being scammed by BitInstant

Make a new topic in the scammer accusations board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=post;board=83.0

(You can only post there if you are out of the newbie jail)

I don't  know why you guys are having so many issues. I just made my 3rd successful deposit in to my Mt.Gox account this week. Each time the money hit my Mt.Gox account within 1 minute of the MoneyGram going thru. I don't know about the other options but I can assure you the MoneyGram -> Mt.Gox is working just fine. I will say that when I fill out my form with Bitinstant that I use my Mt.Gox account name and not my account number and I have never had an issue. The only time I have ever had an issue with Bitinstant was going MoneyGram -> Btc.e.com and that was due to low reserves. Never had an issue MoneyGram -> Mt.Gox.

Bitinstant,

On 3/18, when the BTC/USD exchange rate was $47, I transferred $100 from Dwolla to Mt. Gox, which worked out to be about $98 after your fee was taken. Although the money was taken from my Dwolla account immediately, I have yet to receive a deposit in my Mt. Gox account. In the interim, I have watched the exchange rate climb by 25%. The quote ID for this event is "de7e22f0-0275-4f84-a054-7855d4d63419".

On 3/19, I saw the prices rising and, giving you guys the benefit of the doubt, I once again attempted to use your service to transfer an additional $100 from my Dwolla account to Bitstamp. Again, although the money was taken from me immediately, no funds have shown up in my Bitstamp account. The quote ID for this event was "12521b67-9a79-4661-9dfa-9b8f6d74d537"

I have emailed you, attempted to use the live chat, and posted in your support thread and have not received a single reply yet. I feel like I've been robbed and have just sat here watching the value of my USD plummet relative to BTC. I do not understand why all of my attempts to resolve the disappearance of $200 have been ignored. Any help and a reply would be highly appreciated.

I am still awaiting the deposit in my Bitstamp account.

To date, I have still received zero communication from Bitinstant. When will I be informed on what happened with my money? When will I receive payment to my Bitstamp account? Will I be compensated for losses due to the failure of your service to work as described? Why should I ever use your service again?
So, I received an email 4 days ago in response to this exact post that I emailed in saying that my order had been processed. I only received the funds in my Mt. Gox account, not my Bitstamp account.

Moreover, Yankee mentioned that compensation would be provided. Is this a lie? If not, how and when will such compensation be provided? This has all been extremely frustrating.
I HAVE STILL YET TO RECEIVE ANY SORT OF AN EXPLANATION FROM YOU GUYS. I HAVE BEEN VERY PATIENTLY WAITING FOR WELL OVER A WEEK NOW. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY AND IN WHAT MANNER WILL I BE COMPENSATED FOR LOST MONEY DUE TO DELAYS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTRACT OFFERED ON YOUR END? I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN ROBBED. THE PRICE OF BITCOIN HAS DOUBLED AND I HAVE LOST HALF OF MY VALUE BECAUSE OF INEPTITUDE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON YOUR END. THIS IS MY LAST POST IN HERE BEFORE A DETAILED EXAMINATION OF YOUR SERVICE IN A DEDICATED POST IN A VISIBLE BOARD. YOU HAVE STOLEN $100 FLAT OUT FOR OVER A WEEK AND HAVE DESTROYED AN ADDITIONAL $150 IN VALUE OF MINE.

I AM BEGGING YOU TO RESPOND AND RETURN MY MONEY. WHY HAS IT COME TO THIS POINT? WHY IS THE BEST HOPE OF HEARING ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON LOCATED IN THE NEWBIES SECTION OF A 3RD PARTY WEBSITE? WHY ARE WE IN THE DARK ABOUT WHAT IS ACTUALLY GOING ON?

TIME IS MONEY

HOW LOUD DO I HAVE TO BE FOR YOU TO RESPOND YANKEE?

I guess I am glad I posted having issues getting my transaction to go through. I'll be giving up on bitinstant at this point and looking at bitfloor from other recommendations.

Bit of an issue, can't post this anywhere else due to me being a smelly newbie, but I started mining delicious Litecoins yesterday and when I attempted to login to the ltc.kattare.com I got a "Server Error" and attempts to refresh the page simply gave me the same error. My friend thinks it has something to do with the antiDoS protection the site uses, and I just got blacklisted for some reason. I can't message burnside my information like he posted about:

"FAQ

I am getting errors when connecting to the mining port.

You probably pissed off our DoS filter.  Please send me your account login and public IP address of your miner and I'll sort it out."

I assume I can't make messages, again, because I'm a smelly newbie. If anyone can help me out that'd be very swell.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=93540.0 Here's the link to the actual forum itself that I can't post in.

Edit: Hmm, it seems I am now able to send messages <_> well looks like my message is now void.

I just had another flawless Bitinstant transaction.  Bitstamp -> VouchX.  Very fast  Thank you, Bitinstant!

Taking Dwolla out of the equation seems to have helped a lot. Smiley

It was our fault, and we delayed a week.

Most of the orders in this thread get processed, but 90% of the time people dont come back to post.

Protip: You seem to get it resolved if you post in scammer accusations.
