OKAY SO THE BIT INSTANT NIGHTMARE CONTINUES! WHERES THE MOTHER FUCKING MONEY BIT INSTANT WAS GIVEN ?! HORRIBLE NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND TAKEN THIS IS THE WAY TO GO. NOW Spending my day on the phone about this seeing what the laws are regarding this issue as its completely unacceptable. BITINSTANT GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER AND QUIT PLAYING WITH PEOPLES FUCKING MONEY!

Ursay, it's been 50 hours.

Is there any indication of when my issue is going to be looked at by support staff?

It's been over 24 hours since a "support ticket" was created for my issue and I have yet to receive any emails from BitInstant support.

I'd like to request that my issue gets escalated to someone who has authorization to send my money that's sitting in your coffers to my bitcoin address, per my order.

BitInstant transactions are supposed to happen "within an hour".  Well, it's now been 50x longer than an hour, and I can't even get a peep out of support.

This is bad business.  Enough with the excuses.

It has now been 10 days since I made my deposit and multiple attempts at contacting bitinstant support! Last reply I was given said it was fwd to Charlie on Mar 30 and I haven't heard anything back since then! This is getting ridiculous! I want my money! wtf is going on? I see you guys are resolving other peoples issues why isn't mine being resolved?

yesterday I got this email:

Hello XXXX,

Since you provided your merchant ID instead of your account name/number, you should be receiving a coupon code in your bitinstant order update email shortly. To Redeem your MTGox Coupon, Log on to https://mtgox.com/. Under 'Funding Options' click 'Add Funds'. In the drop down menu, choose 'Redeem MtGox Code' and paste that code in the field.

I finally reach out (for the millionth time) both by email and in this thread:


It is now 4 hours and I have not received any followup email with any redeemable code.

So then I got this email (more talk):

Could you please send me your Quote ID, Order ID or the 9-digit ZipZap account you used to deposit your cash? Once I have that information, I'll be able to find your transaction in our system and assist.

since then nothing. The standard endless conversation with no results. Such a joke, so disappointing.

I'm willing to bet that if, after all this effort, I ever get the BC, I will get charged for the service (in which they took my money and held on to it for a period of time that was at their discretion) and also freerolled on the change in BC price.

Hi URSAY,

I already have a ticket open, but I was just curious of the status of my order... I think it's a combination of the Mt. Gox lag, plus I entered the Account # at the top of the Mt. Gox page instead of the one on the Bitinstant funding page...
