How dare you say crap like that when its obviously not true. You don't know the situation and that this customer transferred the funds to someone else's account and that person has taken the funds. Our TOS clearly state that we are not responsibly for an error when you send someone money, Bitcoin is irreversible.
If you have an order that was not processed, PM me the order ID and it will be taken care of.
How long does it take for bitcoin to e-mail? It's been about 12 hours since Yankee said it was processed. I haven't received an e-mail from BitInstant or Coinapult. I've checked my Spam folder and all that. This is the first time I've done bitcoin to e-mail, so I'm not sure what to expect here. Anyone else have experience with this?
