Am I right in my conclusion that if I have 10K LISK in my wallet, I can vote for 101 delegates (33 delegates each time for a fee of 1 LSK) and will I be getting rewards from all the 101 delegates I voted for?

You also get Rewards from the other delegates.
Not directly and not in LSK, but indirectly in the form of their good work for Lisk.

Some pools are okay, but the delegates should be a good mix.
For example, last year many good supporters have operated Testnet nodes over several months.
And this is always important...

Other delegates got a place due to large investments and popularity in community. People don't vote for them because their work is small and inefficient. Where the results of the work ambassadors? Community doesn't increase. Prices fall. Where rich investors, where new JS developers? Where announcements of new projects? Where it all? In other cryptocurrency people do everything unselfishly and don't need anything for it. They receive donations, but donations are voluntary matter. In Lisk everyone wants to get a delegate place for their small and insignificant work. Max as a dictator force people  to pay for him ambassadors.

7 months ago i had like 16k monero. bought it around 0,60 it did going well for a long time. was waiting for the big pump i know it would come. then the big mega dump was happening.. i did panic when it just kept dumping. sold at bottem 2 months later boom 6 dollar each. now its 13.

i learned my lession. holding lisk no matter what happens. lower price?then im just buying some more.
