You have a strange notions of a decentralized network.

No, you're right.

But I would not say that's unfair. Because the conditions were fixed before the ICO.

It's simple... No Lisk were ever "pre-mined or pre-forged". Forging began AFTER genesis were unvoted, and delegates were in place.

Every ICO Coin is premined.
And every team of an ICO Coins gives themselves a share of the premined coins.
Nobody talked about preforged.

I think this is not quite clear.
At a Ninja PoW Coin, there are no or few premined coins. Normaly all coins are mined from the beginning (PoW) and then the PoS phase follows.

At Lisk they have 100 million coins. 85 million LSK are sold to the ICO participants, rest for bountys, earlay supporters and 8 million LSK for the Lisk core team (Max and Oliver).

This is called premined.

Ninja has you investing in mining hardware and high amounts of electricity before finally pulling the plug on its network support and going to PoS, just like Ethereum is planning? Wow, that sounds horrible mate!

I have mined BTC with USB stick many years ago. But I've never invested in fat miners, I'm not crazy. The electricity is so expensive in Western Europe. And My calculator said: Don't do it  Shocked

Guys the LISK tests that were in the begining of this project are still available or they are gone as long as the wallet that were created at that time?

Lisk coin keeps dropping, anything wrong? I don't think so, why lisk is so weak after the unbelievable 20X launch at poloniex? Max should be more active, 15000 btc for a community manager to be a CEO? Too difficult and can't be competent.

We need to attract javaScript developers around the world
before Lisk SDK is finished... So they have enough time to learn
about Lisk ecosystem and make good dapps.

you would only need access the network with any node running version 050 or above to access any wallet address made on any version.
