Averaging down isn't always "wise", if you choose a shitty project in the first place averaging down can ruin you. It obv depends on the underlying investment.

Bag holder here, I just came in to see why exactly my investment is tanking. Can you tell me what leads you to believe this project is 'going pretty well?' cos all Ive seen is pages of bickering over I dunno what (looks like thsi project is barely getting organised) and price thats tanking. Is there anything positive in particular that will make dumping my load and cutting my losses a bad idea or?

Bought at high 14k couple months back when news came of release of millions in ico funds. Ressisted selling at 19k thinking this project was only going up. Shouldve had a look here to see the state of it all

If you recall, not everyone was able to sell their lisk for 100k and higher. 

Some long term investors are not interested in small flash pumps.  Long term sustainability is more profitable and desirable.

If he invested in the ICO, his investment has double the USD value that he used to purchase ICO tokens.  Not bad

The fundamentals of this project have always been good, but they have recently taken a turn for the better if anyone has been paying attention.

We are looking at a potential double bottom formation on higher timeframes.  Time will tell.

In Investing it always boils down to price. Given a correct price nearly any asset can be a good investment. So if i look at Lisk at the current marketcap and seeing that they have lots and lots of funds available i see why someone can come to the conclusion that its a buy. Nevertheless imo there are better risk/reward-ratios out there.

But yes, time will tell and everyone is captain of his own little ship.

In the last meeting it was said a lot about SDK, whitepaper and other things. Why you repeat this again and again?

Do you have a better understanding or thought of the upcoming SDK? What are the fundamentals that the SDK will be created by?
Lisk (Max):
Lisk in a way truly began this year (Because lack of ICO funding being held). We now are beginning to build a great and capatable team and have began dedicating 2-Hours, every day, Monday-Friday to have team meetings dicussing how we are going to about the development of the SDK. We are looking at it in all angles and are brainstorming how we can provide each diverse user what they need (Wether it be security, scability, or great user experience).

Max, What is your plan of SDK development? features? Steps to implement it? Any speculation on when it can be released?
Lisk (Max):
I think that this brainstorming process (which shouldn't be underistamed) will likely take 2 more months. Then we will begin drafting up the architecture, then code, then test, then release fix-backs, and hopefully have something available for you all near the end of the year.

Forrest:
Can we still expect the whitepaper by Q1 2017? Also do you plan to put the whitepaper on github and update when necessary?

My current understanding on whitepaper is that, within this blockchain community, it is used as a marketing tool for upcoming ICO's. We still can, and may, create one but the question will then be if we would like to write a normal whitepaper or a more sophisticated (Ex: Bitcoin, Ethereum) one. It all depends if we find the time to do this or somehow think its worth taking a developers time away from development and steering it towards creating a Lisk whitepaper.
