Well if it goes below $1 then I'll buy as much as I can. But I'll hold most at $2-5 then around $10 I'll sell off. So to answer your question about 6 months to 1 year.

this will spend it time on an exchange, waiting ofr each sellers personal sell price.

I think a better idea would be an answer to LocalBitCoins: an OTC market that combines selling Lisk with sellers explaining/evangelizing it. You could prolly duck out of (most of) the money-transmitter paperwork as OTC markets are traditionally un- or only lightly regulated.
