Bitcoin is used for illegal activities without any doubts but the fact is that every currency is used by them right ?
No matter what currency we are using criminals also use it so it would not be  a big problem overall in my eyes.

Bitcoin's nature allow itself to be used in any illegal activities you can think of. But it is also true in fiat but the government does not ban the use of fiat. Bitcoin will continue to survive because it is a currency useful to us and many more.

That's right..bitcoin and fiat are both use in illegal activity, the only difference is that fiat is under the control of the governments and banks while bitcoin is not..That difference I think government will surely give protection to fiat than bitcoin...

So many man only use cash, not bank transfers for the illegal jobs. So again government can not follow this too.

There are people who use cash through banks for illegal activities. Also we can see few banks which support such activities. With the help of the employees it happens.

Being used it or not doesn't really matters. Like most of us here, the advantages we are experiencing by using bitcoin also the same as well with those person associated in illegal activities.

That is common and obvious so be it.

One thing is sure  the silk road opened the doors to the media to attack bitcoin, after that they didnt stop, but what is happening is more people and more investments at bitcoin soo sure its being used for good things as to bad things,in the end bitcoin is growing in numbers and value.

Yeah I agree with you, People around us doesn't know about bitcoin well, May be it was used for illegal activites If incase government undertakes bitcoin as global currency means these kind of things will get abolish.

Silk Road opened doors for bitcoin, and adoption was started.
We cannot talk negatively about things that surrounding bitcoin, bitcoin has no master, they are first adopters after all. Money itself can be used and is used for good and for bad things. Bitcoin is money.

It is but I think nobody cares because every currency like in this topic has been said already 100 times that every currency is used by criminals of course.
and Indeed its that all currency's are used by criminals and we cannot do anything about that if I'm honest,
every currency is used by them so accept it !

Nobody cares about it indeed because the fact is that every currency is used by them but keep in mind the bitcoin is very attractable if you compare it with other currency's because you can make it untraceable.
The other reason why they are using it because it can not be frozen by banks or something and you can easily use black money with it and launder it so that makes it attractable for them, every currency is used by them but the bitcoin makes it pretty easy for them.

Well no, Bitcoin is used far more than others.
If every 10th fiat transaction is used for khrymez, pretty much *every* BTC transaction is used in commission of some sort of a crime.
Which is not to say it's a bad thing. Most BTC crime is b2b (bitcoiner-on-bitcoiner crime), and creates tremendous lel value because hilariously inept and downright idiotic.

For instance, a bitcoin criminal got V& yesterday: http://www.newsbtc.com/2016/03/30/former-silk-road-member-arrested-selling-drugs-dark-web/

This has to be a joke. "U.S. Attorney Benjamin Wagner said Tuesday David Ryan Burchard of Merced used the moniker "Caliconnect" and accepted orders for marijuana and cocaine on Silk Road and other dark-web sites, including Agora, Abraxas and AlphaBay."

Punching in "David Ryan Burchard" in Google image search, first two results:

(1) recent public intoxication arrest & (2)

Hmm... How did they ever catch this khryminal mastermind?

TL;DR: Kids, make sure *NOT* to trademark your super seekrit DNM nom de guerre under your full, real name.

Well sure bitcoin may support and keep being traded on the dark markets ,the same way as fiat, and well with bitcoin is possible maybe to make the money clean just by opening some exchange or other bitcoin related project.

I didn't realize this was still being talked about. You've got to be joking though because money is money. Wherever financial gain is possible, illegal activity will follow. It's as simple as I can explain it. Why even attempt trying to find out when you could just think of the US dollar being used for money laundering.

Bitcoin is entirely different with any other fiat it is anonymous therefore more prone to be used by criminals in illegal activities. That said there's no reason to give bitcoin a bad name just because of its anonymous nature

I understand where some come from on the whole anonymous standpoint but once you think about it, the US dollar can also be used anonymously. When it comes to PayPal, I've made tons of payments on it without verifying a credit card. As long as the services accept PayPal, I'm good to go.

Yes of course Bitcoin is used in all kind of activities. You can't limit Bitcoin users to anything.
And no of course governments can't do shit about it. Just tell your local government to suck it up. Wink

They can tighten up the buying/selling part, which is what they're doing in many countries, when you won't be allowed to buy/sell without filling up the KYC forms, the illegal usage will subside to some extent.

Lol, we as regular users don't need any Exchange site to buy/sell Bitcoin. People who use Bitcoin for illegal activities never ever hassle KYC things. People are not stupid. Governments can't stop illegal activities.

That is a weird statement. If you consider scamming as an illegal activity then BTC can be used for illegal uses. Other than that, there is nothing much left.

Everything that can be used is used for criminal activities. Bitcoin is not the first or the last.
