Yes it is right but every currency be it small or large is used by criminals on the scale of it's market cap.
Is the market cap big then more criminals use it and vice versa.

I think i heard before that bitcoin is the way for anonymous transactions so i think many illegal activities behind bitcoin.. i saw some tor site from dark web that you can see more illegal sales in darkweb that you can only access using tor.. until now they are using bitcoin as payment not paypal or needs real information before you can deposit.. so they are using bitcoin because they dont need to give real information to deposit and to transact your money to merchant.. also bitmixer can be use to dont traces all transactions..

Exactly! If Bitcoin isn't an option for them they will just use cash money or prepaid debit cards and in some cases even Gold. Bitcoin is just one of the many things that they can use for bad things.

Bitcoin is heavily dependent on deepweb marketplaces (remember when Evolution marketplace in deepweb collapsed and scam people in January 2015 for 12 MLN USD in Bitcoin) that time bitcoin price was of 160-170 for whole January.  So Bitcoin is dependent also in the illegal activities conducted there (of course I don't agree with neither of such activities).

More over they use bitcoin because its of anonymity and its not easy to tracked. even if they say its not anonymous, it really is.  its not easy to trace and if authorities can't link accounts then authorities can no longer pursue.  why do you think people are are still extorting each other?

not easy to keep track of transactions on bitcoin the absence of control from the first party to make bitcoin very anonymous and secret. people will not be able to know that the bitcoin address is have someone he was looking for.

Exactly lot of illegal activities have been taking place just because its more attractive anonymous nature. The same time bitcoin could have not got such a big volume of users if its not anonymous like banking.
