Agree. If there will be a serious checking, a bitcoin transaction can be traceable. And if a case that a illegal one use bitcoin for transaction and authorities are eager to make a research of it, chances of tracing is possible.

We need to concern if someone used bitcoin for illegal activities, if the government banned this coin we will lose users and by losing user bitcoin price and transaction rate can fall down, it will cause the price to fall down

There is nothing we can do if bitcoin is being used illegally.  Bitcoin is the tool and the users can do anything with it, legally or illegally. We have no control over it. If the government bans it,  we can't do anything about it either. We just use it at our own risk.

We can see few post regarding bitcoin being used to buy items like guns, drugs, stolen credit cards etc which are illegal from darkwebs but we are also aware of many events and arrest regarding drug trafficking where fiats/paper moneys have been used. it's been proven bitcoin  used for illegal activities such as gambling is not allowed in some countries and we know that bitcoin survives because mostly used for gambling.
