now a days you can play for fun on a lot of site so really if you want a bit of fun then do that
as winning is additive but losing is realty so stop be for you start.
only u can stop yourself if you want to so try and play for fun instead of for real cash then hopefully u might be able to stop.
If we have self discipline and self control, I think we can manage to play gambling, win or lose, we can make it happen and we can move forward just have discipline we can fight in that addiction. Discipline and calmness is gone once we start gambling and get addicted to it. I don't know if you ever got addicted but I know some addicted gamblers personally and hey they don't know anything other than gambling. You can think like a drunken person is equal to an addicted gambler because none of them talks with any sense or any logic. well i assumed that too. once you've got addicted into something its hard to get rid of it. like being alcoholic you will always find a way to get some alcohol for your self. and gambler is like that too. that's why they can't stop on being addicted to gambling unless they really need too. with a proper guidance and proper self discipline we can control our self from gambling . and always mark on your mind that if you gamble you will end up on losing. |

Definitely. I think that gambling shouldn't be regarded as something that is bad and you need to completely quit yourself from, but rather something you need to discipline yourself on. It isn't bad if you are doing it in moderate amounts. You just need to know when to stop and when to relax and play a little. I think that not playing for the profit but rather for the fun is a good way to start. Don't be greedy. |

It is our will power to conquer stumbling blocks of our life.. if want to quite gambling, we need to decide for ourself first that we are going to really quit gambling.. Yup! it is a voluntarily quitting, because if a person is not into it then I think it could not work out he would just keep on ignoring the one who is wanted him change! it can also apply to the addicted persons in gambling if it is not voluntarily then it is nonsense talking to them an addicted person can not control their betting. It's voluntary but depends on the situation, if a certain gambler is seriously addicted I believe he does not have a good mindset and he cannot decide very well, so if it's voluntary we need to wait this person until he gets bankrupt as that is the only way I believe the time will come to realize. Yup I have said it in my previous post that if a person don't want to change then rehabilitation could not work it is still up to the addicted person if he wants to change, the only thing love one's can do is totally wait and pray for him to realized all that he does is wrong and maybe if a person does not have money anymore well maybe if he can not loan on another person or do something stupid, well just pray and hope for the best. |

If you can't do that then it is very unlikely you'll manage to quit gambling even if you think that this is very important. So my advice: do not quit but rather learn to contol yourself.

I were able to stop gamble when i saw it were eating my finances, i had set a limit for my gamble purposes, but the people addicted to gamble does face uses problems trying to left those and not being able, if you do have childs, you should do those for them, for they be able to get some future and see you as an example and not a huge problem.
