wow ! .. 10,000 Bitcoins for pizzaz , hehe , tbh i dont think the guy is smart , he could sell them today for 2,550,000$ . 2.55Milion dollar
he regret it for sure , wish i could go back to make this deal
Yeah, but you probably would have cashed out at a certain point, and certainly not to the point of where it is today.

If he lives in China, it's possible to cash out from Huobi, btcchina or OKcoin, there are many whales there.

And day withdraw limit is 500k Chinese Yuan, about 80k USD per day.

But it's rather difficult to cash out that amount of money in US. Sad

With today's value, he'd probably only pay 0.15 BTC.
If I order a pizza worth 0.15 BTC right now, will somebody call me a fool for doing so in the next 5 years?

Actually, I'm pretty sure you missed that boat too.  The DOGE thing of 2013 was certainly huge but at this point, altcoins have degraded into a circus of nonsense.  Nevertheless, you can't cry over spilled milk, best thing to do is to look for the new opportunities not fruitlessly try to recreate the past ones.

Not really probably made more money than most in alts.

It's just much harder to identify anything decent than it was during the golden age of altcoins last year, but profit is still being made.

Couple of coins I'm invested in since December are up 80% each on average.

Considering that there is over 100 btc invested and it's an ok return over 4 months down the line even in current conditions.

Anyway... Thought of Pizza is making me hungry.

Alright, but what about that chart of pizza's per bitcoin over time. I know one of you graphic designer types has it in you.  If I'm going to have to keep reading about pizzas for bitcoins after so many years, will one of you make this chart for me puh-leez!?

I'll pay 10,000 bitcoins for a couple of pizzas.. like maybe 2 large ones so I have some left over for the next day.  I like having left over pizza to nibble on later.  You can make the pizza yourself and bring it to my house or order it for me from a delivery place, but what I'm aiming for is getting food delivered in exchange for bitcoins where I don't have to order or prepare it myself, kind of like ordering a 'breakfast platter' at a hotel or something, they just bring you something to eat and you're happy!

I like things like onions, peppers, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, pepperoni, etc.. just standard stuff no weird fish topping or anything like that.  I also like regular cheese pizzas which may be cheaper to prepare or otherwise acquire.

If you're interested please let me know and we can work out a deal.

Thanks,
Laszlo

The Crypto space, which BTC essentially founded, is just starting.
I'm sure there will be similar stories with some of the alts.
We really don't know the timeline, but few of us can question the overall direction.

He who laughs last, laughs longest/best....
Careful with the judgements. The OP helped BTC greatly and
will go down in BTC lore, probably on a few talkshows (expenses paid) in due time.  Wink

Its about sharing

I just think it would be interesting if I could say that I paid for a pizza in bitcoins Smiley

I know that you may not see this but i want to say that it wasn't only interesting but you also wrote a part of the Bitcoin History! you bought the most expensive pizza in the world and i am sure that it was delicious!

@jercos! was the lucky one to accept this offer!

Good luck to both of you! I wish i was selling pizzas for Bitcoin back then!  Smiley

Kind Regards,
BTC-Bank.

So nobody wants to buy me pizza?  Is the bitcoin amount I'm offering too low?
No, the bitcoin amount is high enough. I wish I was jercos that sold him the $25 pizzas for the $41 bitcoin that time. However I don't even know bitcoin that time Sad
