I just had to comment on this amazing, historical thread!  Grin

Why doesn't a pizza parlour accept Bitcoin and name the pizza with Laszlo's favourite toppings after him?
I'm going to contact Pizza Hut and some others to suggest it.  Tongue

I came close to buying a flight with my Bitties, then remembered Laszlo and thought how in the future the cost of those Bitties may buy me a trip to The Moon, lol!  Roll Eyes

I wish I was on this forum at that time. How We all wish that we were on this forum at that time and had the foresight to take a chance on this thing called
BITCOIN. Who would have taught that the value of Bitcoins would reach as high as it is today.

It is simply amazing, I could have been a millionaire, drinking some margaritas on the beach. It still could happen.

Well, it doesn't work that way, at least not for many.

Back in the day, you got/mined/bought many coins, sure, but you also spent/donated/sold many coins.
So, just "being there at that time" does not guarantee you margaritas and all that comes included.

I personally donated hundreds of coins for several projects, but so did many others, it was somehow "normal thing to do" in 2011/12. I guess it was even wilder back in 2009/10.

Any regrets? Absolutely NO!

This thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=316297.0 shows that only few people are still holding large amounts of coins and enjoying their margaritas : )

i remember hearing of bitcoin 2 years ago but not really thinking it would do anything or understanding the concept of it....still sort of don't

wonder what else is happening at this very moment that i could spend time investing in that will be easy money

i want to make enough to help my mom pay off house mortgage and i'd pretty much be happy after that, anything more would go to pizzas
