Gambling itself or the act of gambling isn't necessarily a sickness. Addiction to gambling, sure. Addiction to anything, whether it be gambling, porn, drugs/alcohol, food, is indeed a problem for many people.

Yeah you cannot blame gambling it self because people are getting addicted to it. So lets stop blaming gambling and start looking at the people who gamble to much.

Blame yourself either, gambling does not force you to play and besides gambling casinos does not welcome minors to play so it is already understood that once you gamble you already know the risk and you can do responsible gambling.

Gambling will only be a sickness if you are for sure that you are going to be addicted to it and that is bad because you can lose a lot of money with it and that is bad.

Even if you are enjoying it, if you are addicted and destroying your life, where is the fun in that? Problem is, it all.starts as an entertainment. But when if you get addicted, it not just for entertainment. You will need to do it all the time and if you lose all the time, it wi destroy you financially and sometime emotionally.
