Maybe not gambling is considered a sickness, but the gambling habits that wrong can become sickness. I think if someone gamble is still in control and do not harm yourself and other people that are still in a normal level. But if people are addicted and losing control in gambling so playing outside the limits it could become sickness. So I think that could be made become sickness is wrong habits.

Yes, the addiction in gambling is what we need to considered as a severe sickness. It cannot be treated easily because addiction in gambling is one of the problem of many people where they are actually not just harming themselves but it can affect their family if their addiction comes to the point where that gambler is really unstoppable.

Its is considered a sickness if the man who gambles for more times is getting addicted to it and he has no control of it. Having no control of gambling will be compared to sickness because there is psychological involved with it which links to a persons character and well being. Being with this kind of sickness should undergo a self rehabilitation and counceiling by those who really understand this kind of situation.

If the gambler is just severe just like what I said, I guess counseling him immediately will help him to figure out that his gambling addiction is not helpful anyway. He needs to realize that his addiction will result to his big mistake that he can ever do with his entire life. Life coaching him will be also a good thing to help him cure his sickness which is addiction.

It's fun to feel that you have the chance to win and the winning makes us feel better. The amount that you're earning is a chance that you could win. It could be a sickness, or you could call it a curse. When luck is on your side, it's a blessing. Bad experiences should make you stronger, not make you want to gamble more. Yes, all casino games and slot games don't have any strategies and if we use any plans if we are lucky it will work otherwise it's lost. There's no strategy to win in a luck based games but there's always a strategy to enjoy while you minimize your loses. Everything starts like that, at one bet. At first they cannot be called an addict, but sooner or later, it will end up there. Though we can't judge it yet when they are just starting, it's a good precaution that they know they could go wrong with it if they persist on doing. I my self don't consider a first time gambler as sick, but if they lose and they continue, then that's the time to label them sick regardless of "they are just starting out, try another day" thing.

Actually the title is misleading and it should be gambling addiction is considered as sickness not the whole gambling system. It is us who are making it as a sickness when we are gambling too much. But if we just gamble casually and it doesn't make sense every time we gamble because we just gamble most of the time for fun is not even a sickness.
