my store status was updated 4 days ago:

Order #108xx June 13, 2013 Trade-in-paid ฿234.00 for 3 items

But what I paid was 60 bitcoin for each, in february 02. Im still waiting the tracking number while I see many feb18 orders arriving... insane.

Wait what?! You already paid for your trade in? I'm confused. I thought that they were going to send each person that sent their fpga units in separate store purchase links to cover the trade-in fees. How have you already paid for this?

I assume that we are a problem for the Avalon Team, they promised us since the beginning with a special trade-in position, what means:
1500 Dollar in general for a Avalon Device (they did not limit it to one device per user)
399 Dollar off for Lancelot trade-in
299 Dollar off for Icarus trade-in

Just the trade-in amount per Lancelot and Icarus was limited to one device per unit.

Its interesting that the sites published here in this forum seems to be disapeared. And that a few hours after the GMP post Avalon came up with a newsletter.

Since the mailing today with images that are more then words talks about that the majority of support tickets was solved i wonder does any trade-in participant got its problem solved and has a avalon devices ready on the shipping line?

we opened refunding option for batch #3 order since it is quite delayed, batch 2 is shipping and should be finished shipping in the end of the month, then batch #3 is to start right after, we are not refunding chip orders since the coins gets sold and is used to pay for chip order at foundry, canceling is not really possible.

but essentially we put in order for chips every week, by early July the chips that were ordered when we opened orders should be out the door by then.

Yifu Guo mentions nothing about trade-in here.

I think it'd be handy if Yifu would explain what the trade-in process is or is going to be for us. At present I don't know if I should make a new support ticket for the trade-in units I sent or not.

News from avalon team:

Batch two shipping is proceeding as planned and at the time there are no additional delays of any kind.

We do however need to bring the site down within the next few hours to upgrade for trade-in orders. So if you are running into problems ordering chips and/or viewing orders please do not panic, we expect this update to finish by later tonight ( EST time. )

In addition, the only two official Avalon domains are avalon-asic.com and avalon-asics.com, there has been many phishing sites claiming to have Avalon Chips this is simply not true, the very first order of Chips ordered back in late April is expect to ship by early July.

Some infio for my orders:

1. I  do have 1 batch2 order paid in full as guest. Confirmation mails from both Walletbit and Avalon store has been received. Store account created and thicket opened 10 days ago. Regular batch 2 order is not showing at avalon store yet.

2. One  Lancelot delivered for trade-in - aiming to pay for the second unit - Nothing in store yet also

I fully expect the price to be $1500 minus 300(400) because that was what was promised. Let me quote Yifu:

Trade-Ins. Avalon believes in continuing the trust that have build up with our old customers. Reinstating our policy of $300 per Icarus, $400 per Lancelot, limited one FPGA trade-in per ASIC unit. The trade-in program will continue to be available and will apply to 1st-gen Avalons when the time comes.

rudrigorc2 is an exception because he already paid for his trade-ins right away.

They are working on adding a trade-in ordering page to their store.

Any estimate how many tradeins was ?

I'd estimate there were probably about 600ish devices that qualified as trade-in capable, and my guess is that at least half were sent back in.
